Nós tivemos uma ótima experiência! O apartamento era limpo e espaçoso. A localização, embora não fosse perto de Duval, era realmente acessível a tudo. Tudo estava bem conservado e limpo. Eu ficaria feliz em ficar aqui novamente.

Embora Coconut Mallory seja um resort e marina voltado para adultos, há muitos motivos para trazer seus filhos junto. Durante a maré baixa, a profundidade da água é de 30 a 60 cm e há peixes-vivas, dólares de areia e outros peixes logo abaixo da superfície da água. Da marina, vi cardumes de acabamento, grandes caranguejos-ferradura e um peixe-boi bebendo de uma mangueira de água doce que corre para o canal. NÃO PODE Nadar na marina, então vá para a praia ou use as piscinas.Na casa de barcos há um bar com lanches limitados e atividades frequentes como churrascos e karaokê durante a semana. Verifique o quadro-negro quando chegar.Os quartos foram recentemente renovados com móveis sólidos e oferecem amplo conforto para uma estadia de uma semana. As unidades de dois quartos também têm um sofá-cama que acomoda seis pessoas.Há uma cozinha completa, mas não espere preparar grandes refeições, pois as panelas são limitadas. É fornecida uma faca de aço, mas as facas são cegas demais para serem afiadas com ela. Não há lavadora / secadora nos quartos, mas há uma lavanderia comunitária no nível superior. $ 2 para lavar, $ 1,50 para secar; detergente disponível na casa de barcos.

We had a great experience! The condo was clean and spacious. The location, while not right down near Duval, was really accessible to everything. Everything was well maintained and clean. I'd gladly stay here again.

Although Coconut Mallory is an adult centric resort and marina there are plenty of reasons to bring your kids along. There are two pools, bikes and kayaks available at the boat house and beaches right down the street.
For an exciting view of sea life use the kayaks to access the salt ponds from Riviera Canal just behind the airport. During low tide the water is 12” to 24” deep and there are jelly fish, sand dollars and other fish just below the surface of the water. From the Marina I have seen schools of finish, large horseshoe crabs and a manatee drinking from a freshwater hose left running into the channel. NO SWIMMING in the marina so go to the beach or use the pools.
At the boathouse there is a bar with limited snacks and frequent activities such as cookouts and karaoke throughout the week. Check their chalkboard when you arrive.
The rooms are recently updated with solid furniture and provide ample comfort for a weeklong stay. The two-bedroom units also have a fold-out couch providing sleeping for six.
There is a full kitchen, but do not expect to prepare large meals as the cooking pans are limited. A knife steel is provided but the knives are too dull to sharpen with it. No washer\dryer in the rooms, but there is a community laundry on the top level. $2 to wash, $1.50 to dry; detergent available at the boathouse.

Grandes mudanças no resort. Móveis novos, piso e portas francesas para o deck. Equipe amigável e prestativa. Estou ansioso para a churrascaria da casa de barcos no domingo. Protocolos Covid praticados. Terreno bem cuidado. Meu melhor investimento dos anos 90.

Great changes to the resort. New furniture, flooring and french doors to the deck. Helpful friendly staff. Looking forward to the boathouse grill-out on Sunday. Covid protocols practiced. Grounds well kept. My best investment from the 90's.

Estamos aqui há alguns dias e a propriedade é ótima. Eles têm uma marina com aluguel de cais, uma piscina e um bar no local. O apartamento de 2 quartos foi o melhor para nós, com camas confortáveis, 2 banheiros e uma cozinha completa. Também belo paisagismo e amplo estacionamento.

We have been here a few days and the property is great. They have a marina with dock rental, a pool and a bar on the premises. The 2 bedroom condo was the way to go for us with comfy beds, 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen. Also beautiful landscaping and plenty of parking.

Los departamentos muy comodos al estilo americano. Te sentis en una pelicula. Le faltan algunas cosas como por ejemplo no tiene escoba ni otros utensillos de limpieza. Las picinas son muy lindas

Nos alojamos allí durante cuatro días y quedamos muy complacidos con el servicio. Se trata de un hotel de estilo rústico; pero con habitaciones confortables. Muy limpio y ordenado. De seguro repetimos la visita.

Don't let the initial outside appearance of the building fool you...this is a nice place to stay! Two story, spacious accommodations, and beautiful views! We had a good time and a good deal in price considering it was Easter wknd.
