El hotel está situado en la animada y conocida zona de "La Zona Viva" de la Ciudad de Guatemala. Está cerca del centro comercial Géminis, donde los huéspedes encontrarán numerosos comercios para pasar un estupendo día de compras. El aeropuerto internacional se encuentra a 10 minutos en coche. Este agradable y cómodo hotel cuenta con 60 amplias habitaciones lujosamente amuebladas. Todas ellas están equipadas con moqueta, TV en color por cable, baño privado y un sistema de bloqueo de seguridad electrónica. Los que viajen por trabajo pueden hacer uso del centro de negocios y para aquellos que lleguen con su propio vehículo, se ofrece un servicio de parking. Al caer la tarde, los visitantes pueden relajarse con una copa en el bar acogedor del establecimiento.

Estoy a entrada de una reserva, resulta que por frecuencia conozco el hotel, sin embargo me impacto la falta de solución de un problema de salud en recepción, aseverado que reseve habitación colonia, cuando en las aplicaciones dice fumadores o no fumadores, y pido hablar con gerencia y bloquea la encargada de reservas poder bajo temas de POLITICAS, poder hablar con el Gerente, que no pide decir el nombre ni a que hora se encuentra, como si fuera la propietaria..., Es inaudito el mal servicio y evidente la protección de la persona de recepción que es malcriada y malecarada, sobre todo incapaz de resolver un problema.

The hotel is fine with good sized rooms and comfortable beds, but its restaurant is pitiful. If they don't improve, it will soon be known as Worst Western. Its limited menu is one factor, but we tried to order pizzas only to be told we"d have to wait 2 hours since their oven was broken. When we substituted some pasta dishes on the menu, the items were erroneous and very poor quality. Further evidence of their ineptness. Our tour leader ordered and ate their hamburger, only to wake during the night with food poisoning....and remained sick the entire following day. You can stay here, but eat instead in one of the chain restaurants in the area.

Me gusto mucho el hotel porque irradia un buen ambiente y los empleados (desde la recepción hasta el personal del comedor) son amables y prestos para ayudar. Es un hotel con ambiente familiar en donde los empleados conocen tu nombre desde el primer día. Mención especial para la Señorita Marisol Marroquin quien siempre me ayudo con buena actitud cuando la interrumpia en su trabajo para hacerle preguntas de ubicaciones de lugares donde debia obtener insumos para cumplir con mi trabajo en Guatemala. La misma buena actitud de Ingrid y Don Carlos. Si volveria al mismo hotel.

En la información del hotel no indican que el parqueo es en la calle y qué hay que dejar la llave Pat a que lo muevan. La señora del front desk Marisol Marroquín súper pesada y cuando le pedí su nombre para poner una queja me pregunto de forma altanerasi quería su teléfono también. Cuando le pregunté para quéquerría me respondió por quería llamarla para insultarla. Totalmente inadecuado su comportamiento. Además nos dió la peor habitación que pudo enfrente de un lugar en donde estaban grabando un video de un culto religioso. Era habitación de oreja y no dieron de 2 camas. Hasta después de reclamar nos dieron una habitación adecuada. Pésimo servicio. Solo el señor botones fue amable

I really liked this hotel, it is perfectly located in zona 10 and the staff is nice. The rooms are small and dark but cozy. They let me print a lot of documents and did not charge me extra. The food is not the best though, eat somewhere else, there is a San Martin and McDonalds next to it. We were there in Oct 2019

Great hotel for a quick stop in Guate city. The hotel is pretty and nicely decorated, but the room was pretty dated/needing a bit of an update but still very comfortable. (No safe provided tho). Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Included breakfast was delicious.
