I shopped there one time and I was hooked. Avast selection at a small store downtown with a very knowledgeable staff that is more than willing to go out of the way to help you with what you're trying to accomplish. Never expected this from a little hardware store downtown.

Eu realmente gosto do Ace Hardware. Eu comprei o negócio a maior parte da minha vida. Só espero que eles melhorem o atendimento ao cliente. Por quê? Tenho sentido muita discriminação por parte dos vendedores, que me fazem sentir como se eu estivesse ali para enganá-los. A Ace não cria estereótipos e nem usa estigma quando os clientes entram em sua loja. Isso é discriminação e extremamente pouco profissional.

I really like Ace Hardware. I've shopped the business most of my life. I just hope they improve their customer service. Why? I have been feeling a lot of discrimination from sales associates who make me feel as if I'm in there to rip them off. Ace don't stereotype and use stigma when customers enter your store. That is discrimination and extremely unprofessional.

Eu gostei muito dessa aventura inesperada nesta loja de ferragens brilhante, limpa e acolhedora. Acontece que eu estava precisando de uma ferramenta aleatória que era necessária para terminar um dos meus muitos projetos DIY que comecei desde o início do co-vídeo. Eu estava na 3ª avenida para um compromisso e vi o logotipo familiar da ACE e uma bela placa iluminada que dizia "ABRIR". Aventurei-me e fui imediatamente acolhido pelo calor, o absoluto BRILHO, LIMPEZA e, principalmente, a AMIZADE que a loja oferecia. Especialmente nestes tempos, parecia que um novo sopro de humanidade ainda existe nos lugares mais sombrios, se você olhar direito. Estou emocionado por ter encontrado esta joia entre edifícios e empresas fechadas com tábuas. Eu pretendo ser um cliente fiel que retorna.

I thoroughly enjoyed this unexpected adventure into this bright, clean and welcoming hardware store. It just so happened I was in need for a random tool that was needed to finish one of my many DIY projects I have started since beginning of co-vid. Iwas down on 3rd ave for an appointment and saw the familiar ACE logo and a nice lit sign that said " OPEN ".I ventured in and I was immediately welcomed by the warmth the absolute BRIGHTNESS, CLEANLINESS, and mostly the FRIENDLINESS thestore offered. Especially in these times it felt like a fresh breath of humanity still exists in the darkest places if you look at it right. I am thrilled to have stumbled upon this gem amongst boarded up buildings and businesses. I plan to be a returning loyal customer.

Awesome experience! The employees were super friendly and helpful, the store had great selection with a huge wide variety of useful items, and the whole experience was welcoming and I left with a big huge SMILE on my face!I love this store!!! I'd give it at least an 11/10 for sure! :-)
