El hotel por la ubicación me parece que tiene una buena ubicación, no estás en pleno caos de calles turistas, pero tienes acceso en poco minutos a todo ello. Aparte el barrio que tiene alrededor dispone por la noche de muchos lugares para cenar o tomarte algo. Sobre la habitación son pequeñas,en mi caso no es necesario más, cumple su función, pero el personal de servicio de limpieza de habitaciones de mi planta era tan atenta que era agobiante, para mi sobrepasaba los límites con según como preguntaba una otra y vez. La impresión que me dio el hotel por dentro es que la terraza le faltaba vida a nivel decoración, lo veía todo como desolado, jajaja… Por último me gustaría destacar que tienen que mejorar con el servicio de guarda maletas que tiene en la recepción automatizado. En mi caso el día de salida queríamos dejarlas ahí para aprovechar unas últimas horas por la ciudad, hicimos la cola para guardar nuestras maletas ahí, pero se hizo interminable esa espera ya que se estropeó mientras esperábamos como 3 veces el brazo/robot que gestiona todo, una vez llega nuestro turno nos indica que está todo lleno, no tiene capacidad para guardar más, en serio!!!!! pues yo y todas las personas que estaban en la fila detrás de mi nos quedamos sin poder gestionarlo, encima preguntabas en la recepción del hotel si ellos tienen otra opción de guarda maletas y te indican que no, en definitiva nos tuvimos que buscar la vida fuera del hotel para poder guardarlo durante unas horas. (Pienso que si saben cuántas habitaciones tienen deberían de hacer una estadística de pasajeros y maletas para dar un servicio profesional )

This was a very cute hotel. Small in size but just enough room for two people.The best part of the hotel was the service.Moses who works at the hotel was so amazing in helping to get us a cab and storing our luggage. Not only was he helpful and caring but extremely friendly.We will be staying at this hotel again because of his great service and cleanliness of hotel.

O hotel é bem bonito e funcional. O quarto é pequeno mas não me incomodou, a decoração é linda, tem uma janela com vista muito bonita e tudo funciona de forma automática. A cama é muito boa, o chuveiro também, e não tivemos nenhum problema com relação à limpeza ou ao staff do hotel. Tem café, chá e uns muffins de café da manhã, além de água e gelo em todos os andares. O único ponto negativo é que ele não é tão perto assim do metrô. Apesar de parecer perto no mapa, a caminhada é um pouco longa, principalmente depois de um dia andando muito pela cidade. Estava muito calor na cidade e já chegávamos no metrô transpirando. Creio que não ficaria hospedada novamente por esse motivo.

O hotel tem uma boa vibe, funcionários simpáticos e etc, MAS... Os quartos são minúsculos, duas pessoas com 4 malas e a coisa fica complicada, ainda mais se vc fizer compras. Não há lugar decente pra guardar as malas ou ao menos tira-las do chão. O banheiro proporcionalmente ao tamanho do quarto é grande, a ducha é boa, mas vc precisa ter muita intimidade com quem divide o quarto, caso contrário poderá passar por alguns constrangimentos. Além disso o box não fecha totalmente e alaga tudo na área perto do vaso sanitário. SUPER DESACONSELHO para quem tem sono leve como eu: pelo fato do quarto ser minúsculo, sua cama fica grudada com a porta e você ouve todo mundo falando no corredor, fora que quando alguém bate a porta nos quartos próximos, parece que é dentro do seu quarto. E, bizarramente, quando usavam o chuveiro do quarto ao lado o barulho no meu chuveiro era grande. Acordar as 7am com este barulho não foi agradável. Talvez os quartos maiores sejam melhores, mas ai talvez vc já encontre hotéis mais bem localizados por esse preço. Sinceramente não acho que o custo benefício vale para o preço dos quartos menores. Foi um dos quartos de hotel mais desconfortáveis em que já me hospedei. Acho que só vale para uma pessoa ou galera bem novinha que ainda não faz questáo de conforto e sobretudo, para quem tem sono pesado rs

Um bom custo-benefício, sobretudo quando se considera o alto valor para uma hospedagem confortável em NY. Possui uma localização excelente, perto da Times Square, do metrô e de diversos restaurantes e bares. O restaurante que fica no hotel também é excelente e os funcionários se esforçam ao máximo para agradar.O quarto estava limpo e é confortável, apesar de pequeno. Poderiam investir em uma divisória para isolar a área de banho do resto do banheiro.De modo geral, lembra um pouco o padrão IBIS de hotéis no Brasil. Eu voltaria a me hospedar no hotel.

O Hotel fica muito bem localizado a três quadras da Time Square! O ambiente é cool, clean and modern! As músicas do elevador são as mais atuais e tronam a chegada ao hotel divertida. O hotel possui um sistema de host moderno e você praticamente se atende sozinho. Os quartos são pequenos mas com arquitetura atual, agradável e com um visual incrível. A melhor hospedagem que alguém precisa após um longo dia de passeio por NY é aqui!!! Há estacionamento no local, o chuveiro é perfeito, revigorante!!!

El lugar tiene buena ubicación, a 15 minutos caminando de Time Square, por lo qué hay muy buenas opciones de restaurantes para comer cerca del hotel. La habitación es pequeña pero suficiente, el check in se hace en computadora por uno mismo, al igual que el check out. Consideren que se cobran 150 dólares de depósito, que se devuelven después de hacer el check out si ellos consideran que la habitación se entrega en perfectas condiciones. Los ruidos por la noche del fin de semana pueden ser molestos e impedir conciliar el sueño, así que recomiendo usar tapones de oído. La limpieza es suficiente pero no es la mejor. Definitivamente es una buena opción, el hotel es moderno y además ofrecen servicio de restaurante y bar, los cuales tienen buena calidad.

The price of this hotel, at the time we stayed (October 2022- $750 in total for 2 nights) was NOT worth it. To start the check in experience is not great. You have to literally wait until 3pm on the dot to check in. 1 second earlier and it will charge you $60. For a hotel that is so “hip” you would think you could just check in if a room was ready. 2. The wifi was not fast and didn’t really work well. It would work one minute and completely not work the next. 3. This hotel at one time was probably really great, clean, new, and tidy. However in 2022 that is not what was experienced. Things were broken, ruined, ripped, and out of service. To name a few, the water and ice machine on our floor were out of service. The bag area where you can store bags was out of service and not working. The elevator was ringing loudly for an entire night with only one elevator working causing back ups with lines for the elevator. The bed frame was ripped and torn up and looked rather mangy. The bathroom was not truly clean it looked just wiped down —with stains from over the years. Also the bathroom shower leaks out the glass sliding door creating a puddle and soaked floor towel, which was super dangerous since the floor was super slippery. A few positives of the hotel: The monsoon shower. The water pressure and dumping of water felt amazing after being out all day exploring. The bed was really comfortable and had the ability to adjust the head placement. The location is a couple blocks from Times Square and was very walkable. Overall I would probably never stay here again. The price was not worth the amenities or experience. I’d look elsewhere to book.

O hotel é fiel às imagens. Bem localizado, limpo e com uma pegada digital. Os funcionários poderiam ser mais atenciosos e informar sobre uma taxa chamada “Fee Experiencie”, que fomos cobrados juntamente com o calção de segurança no momento do check in. Esta taxa da direito a alguns benéficos e parte do valor é consumível no hotel, mas ficamos sabendo disto quando voltamos para nosso país.

Esperaba algo más, no volvería. Sabiamos que el hotel no iba a ser un 4/% estrellas pero las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, no teníamos ni espacio para las maletas aun habiéndonos alojado en una habitación mejor que la standard. Te retienen una cantidad de dinero en tu tarjeta de crédito por precaución (nos dijeron por si rompíamos algo) y 10 días después de nuestra salida aun esperamos el dinero. La zona en teoría es buena pero huele demasiado a marihuana y no la noté muy segura con respecto a otras zonas de Manhattan

Nos alojamos en una habitación premium. Al principio nos pareció pequeña pero pronto descubrimos que era muy práctica y tenía de todo. Lo único que echamos en falta fue una neverita. Lo malo: una ventana. Lo bueno: unas vistas preciosas a los rascacielos de la gran manzana. El hotel cuenta además con una terraza para tomar unas copas y deleitarte con las vistas. Muy recomendable también por su ubicación. Repetiremos seguro 😀

This hotel is the best rated in this area. I have been coming here for a very long time. If you stay for a few days you for sure won't be disappointed. Great hotel when you want to stay at times square. Room was clean, everything you need was there, check in is very easy. The coffee machine didn't work, but can also grab a coffee at the cafeteria there. Friendly staff! The luggage store was already full when I left, but there's a luggage store close to the hotel, not too expensive.

Hemos pasado una semana en Nueva York y nos hemos alojado en este hotel sin tener mucha idea de lo que nos íbamos a encontrar más allá de leer que el check-in se hacía en una pantalla y era todo muy "futurista sin presencia del saff del hotel".El proceso es súper simple, buscas tu reserva con los dos datos que solicita y confirmas la salida. Pese a esto,a nosotros (y más gente en ese momento) nos falló la generación de la tarjeta-llave en dicha pantalla. No fue problema ya que hay una pequeña recepción con atención al cliente donde nos lo solventaron. Además hablan español y son muy agradables. Si la pantalla es un problema, en esta recepción pueden hacerte el check in y siempre he visto staff trabajando (en las horas de salir o volver al hotel).Para ir a las habitaciones, quizás lo peor del hotel, primero debes tomar un ascensor (de tres que hay) o las escaleras para subir a la planta 4 donde hay un rooftop en el que poder tomar algo. Después, debes tomar otro ascensor (de cinco que hay) para ir a la planta de tu habitación (y requiere la llave para ello). He dicho que quizás es lo peor puesto que viniendo de España, los ascensores en EEUU no tienen nada que ver y no solo son eficientes sino que además son rápidos y esto hace que sean frecuentes, acortando las esperas.La habitación en sí es pequeña con una cama (queen size en nuestro caso) abatible electrónicamente, secador, caja fuerte, aire acondicionado, TV, baño y ducha. El wifi, aunque lento, es gratis y llega perfectamente a cualquier lugar del hotel de la planta 4 en adelante. No se puede pedir más por un sitio donde descansar después de descubrir la gran manzana o sus alrededores.Lo mejor del hotel sin duda es su ubicación ya que deja todo accesible y Penn Station está a unos 13 minutos caminando.Cabe destacar que cobran tasas en el check in. Nosotros preguntamos por email antes de ir y nos contestaron que serían unos 300 dólares para nuestra estancia, pero acabaron siendo 600. Esto es porque los primeros 300 son por las noches alojadas y los segundos 300 por si había algún desperfecto en la habitación o algo así me pareció entender.Al hacer el check out (solo hay que dejar la tarjeta en una caja que está SOLO hasta las 12 y luego decírselo a la persona sentada a la entrada del hotel), nos devolvieron los 600 dólares en menos de 24h a la misma tarjeta dónde se hizo el pago. Realmente no es una devolución, es que te retienen el dinero.El pago de las tasas del hotel lo hicimos allí en la misma pantalla cuando realizamos el check in. Usamos la tarjeta Revolout y no hubo problema alguno.La foto que adjunto es de las vistas desde la ventana de la habitación. A mano derecha queda la 10th Ave.

PÉSIMO servicio al cliente, nada competentes, ni funcionaban las maquinas de fuera, ni las personas que allí “trabajan” te ayudan ante cualquier problema (por ejemplo no podíamos hacer el checkout en las máquinasy poco más y señor de recepción nos manda a tomar vientos, como si fuera nuestra culpa). Ofrecen gratis un servicio de guarda maletas que esta siempre lleno… lo cual es inservible. Buenas habitaciones (cubículos) como para pasar una o dos noches, limpias y algunas con vistas, pero vaya que aquí no vuelvo.

Clean and efficient, I would stay again. Similar vibe to a hostel, without the shared rooms.First room AC did not work, 3pm, notified staff and went out.Came back about midnight, asked for fix again, after 30 minute wait for fix, no arguments, but I had to ask staff for a different room.Staff indicated they could hold bags for later departure, turned out to not be so.As hotels go, this would be a 3-3.5 star place.Clean and VERY efficient room.Staff were always cheerful.The restaurant was quite nice and relaxed for morning breakfast!Convenient to Time Square.

I made a last minute booking here on 9/1 and would definitely return again. self-check in and out was a breeze and the staff were very helpful when it came to making the key card. the rooms are smaller than average but I loved them. the bed was comfortable, bathroom was nice, and the room was thoroughly cleaned. you can tell the hotel isn't brand new but nothing is too drastic that will negatively impact your stay. the location isn't the best as it's kinda far from time square but the affordable price point definitely makes up for it. the only thing I would add is a grab and go market, they only had vending machines with limited amount of items. will definitely be staying here in the future.

Second time staying here, the hotel was a bit cleaner the first time around but location can't be beat. Had trouble checking in and out on the kiosk even though I used the official website to book. Clerk was very nice and helped us check in early at 9am. We got a west facing room with a view of the Hudson. Rooms have ventilation windows, cold AC, and a very comfortable, reclining bed. Bathroom doesn't offer much privacy but water pressure and heated towel rack were appreciated. TV channels and ambient lights were a plus. Slept very well here and central location made it easy to stop by between activities.

Bastante bien, aunque son pequeñas las habitaciones minúsculas. El baño lo separa un cristal (que como sino estuviera, porque se movía fatal). La limpieza bien. Por lo demás no necesitamos mucho más. Hay que pagar tasas a la entrada del hotel. Bastante céntrico

This place could have been 5 star. I knew going into it that the rooms would be more European and less spacious. Not a concern.However, the bed wasn't functioning, the towel warmer wasn't working, and the TV hdmi was unplugged so all we got was the hotel info channel. The location was great and the other amenities were nice.

Clean, cozy room with a comfortable bed and high water pressure in the shower. The room was small but if you’re in New York to explore the city, that’s all you need really. Location is great, from time square you can take subway anywhere. We arrived in New York very early morning but we paid $50 for early check-in which is super convenient. The only thing I didn’t like is that they didn’t let us leave our bags before our flight. It’s a big hotel. I’m sure they can make some space if they wanted to. Anyways, for the price I paid, considering location, it was definitely a pleasant experience.

Muy contentos! El hotel está en muy buena ubicación, a 5 minutos andando de TSquare, zona musicales Brodway y estación de autobuses y metro Port Authority que tiene conexiones con muchas zonas (incluido autobús 111 hacia centro comercial Jersey Garden). También justo en frente del hotel tiene supermercados de la cadena Deli, sitios para desayunar. Esta también al lado de la zona de ferrys que hacen al tour por Manhattan. El hotel en sí está bien, estuvimos en la planta 14 y buenas vistas (aunque sinceramente es lo que menos nos preocupa). La habitación es pequeña pero lo suficientemente para 2, las maletas las dejas debajo de la cama y tienes sitio para dejar bolsas, comer, etc. La ducha es amplia. El servicio atento, hablan español y si es verdad que te piden una fianza, a las pocas horas del chekout la tienes devuelta. Como punto negativo se nota que está algo desgastado, el grifo algo suelto y las perchas también, pero nada que afecte al viaje. Lo recomiendo.PD. En la planta 4 hay un bar/terraza y siempre hay mucho ambiente de gente joven, pero nada que altere o haga ruido, todo lo contrario, anima a ver a la gente.

Our room was nice and the price was good (but there are tons of hotels with good rooms at the same price in the same).I was quite disappointed because out over 17 floors there was only one floor that had a working ice.The ice machines are very small so with everybody in the hotel using only one you could maybe get enough for one small cup. And that would take about 10 minutes. You'd get a little ice, wait for the machine to make more, get a little more ice...Also the robotic luggage storage was not working upon arrival or departure. We were there for 4 days.The staff didn't offer anything as compensation for the non-working ice machines or the inability to store your luggage. I specifically chose this hotel because it offered luggage storage and ended up carrying our luggage all over with us the last day of our stay.The rooftop deck is nice but it's my understanding anyone can access it you do not have to be a hotel guest.The lack of concern on the staff's part and offering nothing in compensation for the $125 fee that you pay upon check in that I have no idea what it's for - I would recommend staying elsewhere.
