Rooms need maintenance like little fixings (windows not closing properly, plugs, shower with no water pressure, lights not working…) I hope the building will plan a general maintenance program and check up for the clients better stay. Position could be better, positive thing is you have metro station pretty close (5mins walking). Staff was very cooperative and informal.

Pessoal muito amigável. O pessoal é sempre útil e os funcionários da limpeza são sempre muito simpáticos. No último andar existe um terraço onde pode obter água, café e chá 24 horas por dia. O hotel é limpo e tem uma boa localização. Obrigada ☺️

çok güzel bir otel.. tertemiz, odada her ihtiyaciniz düşünülmüş.. kahvalti yok, sadece yatak.. ama cok memnun kaldık.. yine istanbula gelirsem yine tercihim olur, konumu turistik ve gezi mekanlarina uzak olmasian rağmen tercih ederim..

es un hotel muy bonito .. limpio, todas sus necesidades están pensadas en la habitación .. sin desayuno, solo cama .. pero estamos muy satisfechos .. si vuelvo a Estambul, lo elegiría de nuevo, aunque su ubicación está lejos de lugares turísticos y de turismo.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Personal ist immer hilfsbereit und die Reinigungskräfte sind auch stets sehr freundlich gewesen. Auf der obersten Etage gibt es eine Terrasse wo man Wasser Kaffee und Tee 24h bekommen kann. Das Hotel ist sauber und in einer guten Lage. Dankeschön ☺️

Agora que moramos neste hotel, quero expressar minha gratidão a todos os funcionários pela atenção e hospitalidade, o quarto é limpo e confortável, limpando diariamente se necessário, eles próprios estão interessados em saber se a limpeza é necessária, o que é muito bom! No andar de cima há um confortável terraço com vista para a cidade, você sempre pode tomar chá e café, além do café da manhã - felizmente, há muita comida para viagem nas proximidades, ou você pode solicitar entrega! Estamos com um cachorro e é muito legal que exista um lugar assim onde você pode ficar com seu animal de estimação. Muito obrigada Natalia, ela nos ajuda muito com o cachorro e com outras dúvidas.

Ahora que estamos viviendo en este hotel, quiero expresar mi agradecimiento a todo el personal por su atención y hospitalidad, la habitación está limpia y cómoda, limpiando a diario si es necesario, ellos mismos están interesados en si se necesita limpieza, lo cual es muy lindo. ! Arriba hay una cómoda terraza con vista a la ciudad, siempre puedes tomar té y café, así como desayunar; afortunadamente, hay mucha comida para llevar cerca, ¡o puedes pedir a domicilio! Estamos con un perro y es genial que exista un lugar donde puedas quedarte con tu mascota. Muchas gracias Natalia, nos ayuda mucho con el perro y con otras preguntas.

A equipe foi sempre muito simpática e prestativa. Os quartos estão bem mobilados e limpos. A limpeza é feita todos os dias. a localização do hotel é muito boa. O transporte público fica a 5 minutos a pé do hotel. Há também uma grande variedade de restaurantes na área. Em suma, estávamos mais do que satisfeitos! Com prazer novamente :)

Em um local muito próximo a hospitais e transporte público, fui para o metrobus caminhando 3-4 minutos após sair do hotel. Era muito higiênico nos quartos. Também gostaria de agradecer ao Sr. Nedim, ele atendeu meus pedidos de forma muito educada e amigável. Especialmente considerando a qualidade dos hotéis em Şirinevler, este é um hotel de relação custo-benefício.

El personal siempre fue muy amable y servicial. Las habitaciones están bien amuebladas y limpias. La limpieza se realiza todos los días. la ubicación del hotel es muy buena. El transporte público está a 5 minutos a pie del hotel. También hay una amplia variedad de restaurantes en la zona. En pocas palabras, ¡estábamos más que satisfechos! Con mucho gusto de nuevo :)

En una ubicación muy cercana a hospitales y transporte público, fui al metrobús caminando 3-4 minutos después de salir del hotel. Era muy higiénico en las habitaciones. También me gustaría agradecer al Sr. Nedim, él cumplió con mis solicitudes de una manera muy cortés y amigable. Especialmente teniendo en cuenta la calidad de los hoteles en Şirinevler, este es un hotel de precio-rendimiento.

Perfect stay! The rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and were always there when needed. You can ask them for any question and they will always help with a big smile. The hotel is also well located. The metrostation is very close to the hotel, so no taxi needed! I highly recommend this hotel and I will surely come again! I miss it already.

What a wonderful hotel and staff. I had an amazing time with the entire personnel. The front desk are very friendly and caring. Language should not be an issue because you get assisted in a swiftly manner. The cherry on top of the cake is that you can get tested for covid 19 at the hotel for your travel purpose. I recommend this hotel for all. You will definitely enjoy your stay.
