The two waterfront resorts sit across from one another on Crescent Lake in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. * Walt Disney World Swan, Lake Buena Vista is pleased to announce that the first and second phase of the room renovations at the Walt Disney World Swan Resort have been completed. A total of 500 rooms in the East and West Wing went through a complete redesign and better yet, there were no guest issues with noise or construction during the renovation project. In addition, they are excited to announce the final phase of this multi-million dollar guestroom redesign at the Walt Disney World Swan will commence on July 20, 2015. Approximately 250 rooms located in the Central Wing of the hotel will undergo renovations, and the anticipated completion is expected in early September. No other services or outlets at the hotel will be impacted. As with the first and second phase, renovation work will be scheduled Monday thru Friday, between 9:00AM and 6:00 PM, again working on the Central Wing of the Walt Disney World Swan. There will be no guests accommodated in this area during this project, thus minimizing any impact on the guest experience.
