The hotel is located on Lido Island, only a few steps from the water bus stop to Venice. The air-conditioned complex has a fantastic position and is a typical old villa recently restored with 19 suites stylishly furnished and equipped with all facilities. There is a magnificent breakfast room facing St Mark's Square. Further facilities include a reception area with 24-hour service and lift access. Laundry service is also available.  The rooms are equipped with private bath/shower, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, and safe.
