Gostei da minha estadia aqui. A instalação / quarto parece novo e bem conservado. Os espaços públicos (fogueira e área de jantar) são agradáveis e convidativos. Foi o prazer de ver opções sem glúten no bar de café-da-manhã.

Ficamos duas vezes neste hotel. A instalação é muito conveniente para o aeroporto com o serviço de transporte gratuito. Ambos os motoristas são muito simpáticos e prestativos. No mês passado, quando fizemos o check-in, um cara alto e bonito com uma bela camisa azul e unhas compridas nos ajudou. Ele é super prestativo e muito paciente com a reserva do nosso transporte, dando-nos todas as informações sobre a estadia, como serviço de quarto, horário do café da manhã, localização dos elevadores, etc. Ontem, quando fizemos o check-in, uma senhora espanhola nos ajudou. Ela teve problemas com a máquina de cartão de crédito, que é uma máquina de cartão de crédito muito antiga. Eu tive que colocar as informações do meu cartão manualmente por mim mesmo e funcionou. O café-da-manhã de cortesia é quente e fresco que é surpreendentemente bom. O servidor de café-da-manhã tinha maneiras e atitudes diferentes muito óbvias em relação a clientes diferentes. Eu não quero dizer que ela é racista, já que ela também é uma mulher de cor. Ela está obviamente criando perfis de clientes dependendo de como eles se parecem, o que é muito pouco profissional. We stayed twice at this hotel. The facility is very convenient to the airport with the complimentary shuttle service. Both of the drivers are very friendly and helpful. Last month when we checked in, a tall handsome guy with nice blues shirt, long nails helped us. He is super helpful and very patient with booking our shuttle, giving us all the staying information, such as room service, breakfast time, elevator locations, etc. Yesterday when checked in, a Spanish lady helped us. She had problems with the credit card machine which is a very old version credit card machine. I had to put my card information manually by myself eventually and it worked. The complimentary breakfast is hot and fresh which is surprisingly good. The breakfast server had a very obvious different manners and attitude towards different customers. I don’t want to say she is racist since she is also a colored woman. She is obviously profiling customers depending upon how they look which is very unprofessional. She definitely needs more training.

Hotel limpo, estético e muito funcional com café, água e chá 24 horas por dia, 7 dias por semana. O café da manhã é decente por US$ 100 por noite. Fica próximo ao aeroporto DFW e próximo à rodovia 635 que tem uma boa variedade de restaurantes.

Clean, aesthetic and very functional hotel with 24*7 coffee, water and tea. Breakfast is decent for $100 per night price point. It’s near the DFW airport and close by 635 highway which has a good variety of restaurants.

We stay here every time we fly into Dallas. The rooms are great, the staff is awesome, and the location to the airport, especially with the shuttle is great. Definitely recommend

Água quente? Nós temos você coberto. Cobertor extra? Sem problemas.Euia serviu um ótimo café da manhã todos os dias. Star manteve nossa conferência funcionando muito bem. Dora mantinha tudo seguro e limpo. Meona e Jyoti nos ajudaram com água quente e café quando estava baixo .... equipe muito receptiva.Ansioso para visitar novamente.

Passei uma noite aqui entre os voos de conexão no DFW e fiquei muito satisfeito com a minha estadia. O lobby e bar foram bem decorados e acolhedores, e tudo estava impecável. Fiquei surpreso com o tamanho e nível de conforto do meu quarto - especialmente no preço. O serviço de transporte gratuito para o aeroporto também foi excelente (obrigado, Dan!!). eu não queria ir embora. Altamente recomendado!

A porta do meu quarto estava emperrada e muito difícil de abrir. Solicitei manutenção para consertar a porta, o que tenho certeza que eles tentaram fazer, mas não conseguiram. O homem de manutenção foi muito bom, então não o culpo. De acordo com o concierge do hotel todas as portas estão assim devido ao deslocamento da fundação. A verdadeira questão por que estou dando um ⭐ é o tratamento que recebi quando estava tomando café da manhã. O servidor que estava preparando a comida me perguntou se eu estava hospedado lá. Ela não perguntou a mais ninguém porque eu fui e perguntei a outras pessoas. Seu trabalho é preparar a comida para não questionar quem está hospedado no hotel. Como embaixador da Marriott, estou muito decepcionado e vou entrar em contato com a gerência.

The door to my room was jammed and very hard to open. I requested maintenance to fix the door which I'm sure they tried to do but couldn't. The maintenance man was very nice so I don't blame him. According to the hotel concierge all the doors are like this due to the foundation shifting. The real issue why I'm giving one ⭐ is the treatment I received when I was getting breakfast. The server who was preparing the food asked me if I was staying there. She didn't ask anyone else because I went and asked other people. Her job is to prepare the food not to question who is staying at the hotel. As a Marriott Ambassador I'm very much disappointed and will be following up with management.

I spent a night here between connecting flights at DFW and was so pleased with my stay. The lobby and bar were well-appointed and welcoming, and everything was spotless. I was surprised at the size and comfort level of my room—especially at the price point. The free airport shuttle service was excellent as well (thank you, Dan!!). I didn’t want to leave. Highly recommend!

Not enough restaurants nearby but the place is awesome.
Really enjoyed my stay here. The ladies that work here were very attentive to my family's needs. Hot water? We got ya covered. Extra blanket? No problem.
Euia served a great breakfast everyday. Star kept our conference running great. Dora kept everything safe and clean. Meona and Jyoti helped us with hot water and coffee when it ran low....very responsive team.
Look forward to visiting again.
