Not only did they let me know of the times of the restaurants, but they were so smartly dressed and very professional. Their attitudes really compliment the atmosphere of the place. Me encanta este hotel. Absolutamente hermosa decoración, habitación y restaurante en la azotea. Desde el check in hasta el check out fue una gran experiencia. Todo el mundo profesional y cortés para agregar para quedarse. Muy recomendable para negocios o placer.

¡Vale la pena cada centavo!¡AMO esta propiedad! Cuando me alojo en un hotel, me gusta sentirme mimado, cautivado y asombrado; el Thompson-Dallas no falló. Desde los amables valets y botones (que estaban muy bien informados sobre el hotel, su historia y los mejores lugares para comer) hasta el registro rápido y fácil. Todo fue fluido y sin problemas. Pero no puede evitar sentir que entró en el paraíso de los diseñadores con el vestíbulo bellamente decorado. Cuando llegué a mi habitación, mi mente estaba oficialmente impresionado. No solo era cálido y acogedor, también era grande, limpio y muy bien decorado. Las vistas del horizonte te dan ganas de estar quieto y disfrutar de todo. ¡Y esa cama y la ropa de cama eran absolutamente increíbles! No quería levantarme y me costó todo no trabajar desde esa cama al día siguiente. Me encanta, me encanta, me encanta esta propiedad y no puedo esperar para hacer otra estancia allí.

Worth every penny!
I LOVE this property! When staying at a hotel,, I like to feel pampered, wowed, and amazed; the Thompson-Dallas didn't miss. From the friendly valets and bellhop (who was very knowledgeable about the hotel, its history, and all the best places to eat) to the quick and easy check-in. Everything was smooth and seamless. But you can't help but feel like you walked into a designer's paradise with the beautifully decorated lobby. By the time I got to my room, my mind was officially blown. Not only was it warm and inviting, it was also large, clean and very well decorated. The skyline views make you want to be still and take it all in. And that bed and linen were absolutely amazing! I didn't want to get up, and it took everything in me not to work from that bed the next day. I love, love, love this property and can't wait to do another staycation there.

Mi marido nos consiguió la habitación para mi cumpleaños y fue increíble. El arte era absolutamente hermoso, la vista desde nuestra habitación era genial. Incluso la vista desde la piscina era genial. El personal fue fenomenal, pero la mejor parte fue cuando mi esposo y yo estábamos tomando fotos alrededor de las 4 am. Y el mánager de la noche, Bennett, nos llevó a la cima y nos dio una gran gira. El restaurante era hermoso y la vista espectacular. Realmente fue un cumpleaños increíble, gracias a todo el personal y especialmente a Bennett, espero verte el próximo año, si no antes.

Hermosa habitación y baño / ducha increíble en la habitación para un hotel. La habitación de hotel más bonita en la que me he alojado y me he alojado en muchos hoteles. Teníamos el Premium King, pero he oído que todas las habitaciones son impresionantes. La cama y las almohadas eran geniales, la habitación era espaciosa, la decoración y el arte de la pared, bar completamente surtido de primera categoría. Los suelos de madera, en lugar de las habituales y poco atractivas alfombras de los hoteles, lo hacían todo junto. Las vistas de la ciudad desde la habitación eran impresionantes. La habitación estaba en silencio y no se oía ningún otro ruido de la habitación circundante o del pasillo. La zona de la piscina era pequeña y estaba llena de gente. Bonita piscina, pero no lo suficientemente grande como para igualar la cantidad de habitaciones de hotel más los residentes que viven en el lugar. Sin embargo, hay un área de descanso a la vuelta de la esquina de la piscina que al menos permitió más espacio.

Gorgeous room and incredible in room bathroom/shower for a hotel. The most beautiful hotel room I have stayed in and I have stayed in many hotels. We had the Premium King, yet I've heard all the rooms are stunning. The bed and pillows were great, room was spacious, decor & wall art, fully stocked bar top notch. The wood floors instead of ordinary unattractive standard hotel carpeting really pulled it all together. The city views from the room were stunning. The room was quiet and no other surrounding room or hallway noise was heard. The pool area was small and crowded. Nice pool but not big enough to match the amount of hotel rooms plus residents that live on site. There is however a lounging area around the corner from the pool that at least allowed for more space.

My husband got us the room for my birthday and it was awesome. The art was absolutely beautiful the view from our room was great. Even the view from the pool was cool. The staff was phenomenal but the best part was when me and my husband were taking pictures around 4am. And the night manager Bennett took us to the very top and gave us a great tour. The restaurant was beautiful and the view was spectacular. It truly was an awesome birthday thank you to the entire staff and especially Bennett hope to see you next year if not sooner.

¡Este fin de semana pasado fue el mejor de todos! ¡Mis chicas y yo reservamos el fin de semana en el Thompson y nos divertimos mucho! Desde una excelente comida hasta un servicio excelente, ¡fue increíble! ¡Savannah nos ayudó mucho! ¡Ella sabía qué lugares eran los más agradables con un servicio increíble! ¡Estoy tan feliz de haber hecho esto y no puedo esperar para hacerlo de nuevo! ¡Gracias savannah por ayudarnos con nuestras necesidades! This past weekend was the best ever!! Me and my girls booked the weekend at the Thompson and had so much fun! From fine dining to superb service it was amazing! Savannah helped us with so much! She knew what places were the most enjoyable with amazing service!!! I am so happy we did this and I can’t wait to do it again! Thank you savannah for helping us with our needs! We are booking our next stay as we speak!!!

My fiancé and I stayed here for my birthday. He ended up proposing at the Nine at the National. It was absolutely gorgeous. The lobby alone is breath taking. The rooms are spacious and the restaurants are phenomenal! We will be back here every year for our anniversary! 10/10
