Room doors won't open I got trapped in the room for 2 hours without being able to reach any of the staff, even after reaching the staff was left hanging for a very long time, room service telephones are not working and reception takes forever to fix an issue.

Rooms spacious but I saw about three cockroaches in my room 😑 meals were good and various. Heated pools and moderate aqua park. Service and reception sooo helpful and decent.

I stayed at the hotel for a week in July. The rooms are a bit outdated and could use a lift, but everything was clean and in working condition (I had a bit of trouble with the balcony door, but it was fixed right away). The air conditioning i a bit loud, but works really well. The hotel grounds are beautiful, with a multitude of plants that are impeccably kept. The entire complex is well lit and looks fantastic. The pools are marvelous and due to the vast space they are never overcrowded - the guests sort of spread evenly throughout the entire complex. We never had problems finding free sun chairs at the pool as well. I thing the main dvantage of the hotel is the service - every employee seemed to go out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible, especially the the main restaurant crew! We didn't try the Italian a'la'carte restaurant (though it looked a little bit shabby), but the juice bar is well worth it. The employees of the shops/services on the hotel grounds (photographers, juice sellers, hairdressers, masseurs) try to talk you into using their services, but are not overly intrusive and can take no for an answer. I take one star away for the condition of the rooms, lack of a really good a'la'carte and the rather dissappointing animations. Also, the beach is a huge dissappoinment: the entrance to the sea is extreamely rocky and hard to access even in water shoes. The sand is also quite scarce and staying at the pool is 100% more pleasant. The rest is top notch!

Beautiful gardens, great pools and beach.
The Brazilian dance troop were good but a bit inappropriate for the kids as they were in thongs and provocative. Egyptian guests were shocked lol
Food was OK, soft drinks were watered down in the machines and juices tasted like water, aswell as foods such a yogurts and salad dressings all had water added to stretch the quantity.
Saying that, overall a good stay, reasonably priced.
