Excelente vista, ainda melhor do que nas fotos. Mas isso também é bastante sobre isso. Nós reservamos via AirBnB apenas para encontrar um quarto completamente diferente do que a das imagens. Eles também nos cobraram para as garrafas de água que pedimos depois disse no Airbnb que foram incluídos. Mas o pior era que eles não tinham água quente, mesmo depois de tentar consertá-lo por algum tempo. Também à noite havia hordas de insetos grandes chegando logo após o pôr do sol, então mantenha suas portas (especialmente banheiro) fechadas e use as cortinas.

Antes de tudo, queríamos colocar o quarto no segundo andar com um grande terraço e uma cama, pedimos especificamente esse e garantimos que todos os quartos são iguais, o que não era verdade no final. De qualquer forma a vista na cachoeira é incrível e Kumar, o detentor do host, foi bom. O café da manhã é simples. Havia água quente, sobre um aquecedor, mas isso foi suficiente para nós.

Can't tell much about the place itself, because an ultra loud family with a kid next door were way to much to take. No sound isolation in deluxe apartments resulted in me canceling the booking. The room looked clean and the view is amazing. The terrace is good. But be ready that you'll enjoy it only if you have good neighbors.
I'd say that there are better places in Ella for this price (I found one as soon as I cancelled the booking here)

I’ll be honest with myself - this place has many Cons. Nevertheless I’m giving it 5 stars just because of two most important things:
- best ever view of the mountains and the waterfall (far away)
- modern room with plenty of space, great bed, huge panoramic windows and incredible terrace
Cons to keep in mind:
- the water wasn’t hot as promised. It was warm but you probably won’t spend more than 3 min taking a shower.
- wi-fi wasn’t working all two days
- breakfast was very basic and one of the simplest in Sri Lanka among 15 stays
And the last funny thing.
If you’re staying at the front of your terrace, you may easily see what other guests do on their terrace and even (!!) in their bed because the wall between your terraces is just ~120 cm (3.5 ft) high in the end. And they can witness you as well. Keep it in mind if you like being naked at home. Would you consider this feature a Con or Pro? :)

No tuve tiempo de dejar un comentario sobre la reserva, escribiré aquí. Gran hotel en las montañas en Ella)) el centro está muy cerca, tomaron un tuk tuk y llegaron en 5 minutos. ¡La vista es hermosa! Probablemente uno de los más bellos donde he estado. La habitación es decente, limpia y bastante elegante. Hay agua caliente, un secador de pelo le pidió al administrador))) el Wi-Fi funcionó bien) e incluso envolvió el desayuno con nosotros, bocadillos, pero aún así es agradable))

Não tive tempo de deixar um comentário sobre a reserva, vou escrever aqui. Ótimo hotel nas montanhas de Ella)) o centro fica muito perto, eles pegaram um tuk tuk e chegaram em 5 minutos. A vista é linda! Provavelmente uma das mais bonitas onde já estive. O quarto é decente, limpo e bastante elegante. Há água quente, um secador de cabelo perguntou ao administrador))) o Wi-Fi funcionou bem) e até embrulhou o café da manhã conosco, sanduíches, mas ainda assim agradável))

En primer lugar, queríamos tener la habitación en el segundo piso con la gran terraza y una cama, pedimos específicamente esta y nos aseguraron que todas las habitaciones son iguales, lo cual no era cierto al final. De todos modos, la vista de la cascada es increíble y Kumar, el anfitrión, fue agradable. El desayuno es sencillo. Había agua caliente, sobre un calentador, pero eso fue suficiente para nosotros.

Great view, even better than on the pictures. But that's also quite about it. We booked via AirBnB only to find a completely different room than the one on the pictures. They also charged us for the water bottles we asked for after it said on Airbnb they were included. But the worse thing was that theyhad no warm water, even after trying to fix it for quite some time. Also at night there were hordes of big insects coming in right after sunset, so keep your doors (especially bathroom) closed and use the curtains.

First is of all, we wanted to get the room on the second floor with the large terrace and a bed on it, we asked specifically for this one and we were assured that all the rooms are same, which was not true at the end. Anyway the view on the waterfall is amazing and Kumar, the host keeper, was nice. Breakfast is simple. There was a hot water, over a heater but that was enough for us.
