Temos vindo ao Delamar há anos e o serviço é fabuloso. Eles têm champanhe na chegada, a recepção é excepcional e o belíssimo lobby tem um café-bar.Localizado na água, vale a pena o upgrade para um quarto com varanda com vista para o porto. Um local fabuloso para desfrutar do seu café da manhã.Estou dando 5 estrelas ao The Delamar porque conheço seu potencial e como as coisas eram antes do Covid, mas o hotel está mostrando algum desgaste, principalmente nos banheiros. A estação de café no 4º andar não está mais funcionando, e só tivemos uma confirmação verbal, pois houve uma falha no sistema de computador. Todos os problemas do primeiro mundo.Reservamos nossa viagem de volta ao Delamar em novembro e esperamos uma estadia confortável.

We have been coming to The Delamar for years and the service is fabulous. They have champagne upon arrival, the front desk is exceptional and the gorgeous lobby has a coffee bar. Located on the water, it is worth the upgrade to a room with a balcony overlooking the harbor. A fabulous spot to enjoy your morning coffee. I am giving The Delamar 5 stars because I know its potential and the way things were prior to Covid, but the hotel is showing some wear, especially in the bathrooms. The coffee station on the 4th floor is no longer operational, and the we only had a verbal confirmation as there was a glitch with the computer system. All first world problems. We have booked our trip back to The Delamar this November and look forward to a comfortable stay.

Michael the night attendant was absolutely amazing and accommodating to our wedding party. Recommend staying here due to the considerate staff. But bring alcohol for your stay cause Connecticut closes early/

Beautiful hotel with cheerful and helpful staff. They sold out of the smaller room we wanted, so we sprung for the Harbor View Suite - wow! It was a luxurious and relaxing experience, even for the 5 year old. The big standout was the staff, they all seemed eager to solve problems and help us enjoy our staff. Alexander was a huge help right off the bat, assisting us with a tricky reservation issue. Like every business in the service industry they are likely understaffed (as of Mar '22), but they don't seem stressed and all have a great attitude. Highly recommend

Nós ficamos aqui duas vezes até agora, fazendo uma pausa antes de retornar ao PA. Este hotel é lindo e o hotel mais limpo em que já fiquei em todos os estados da Nova Inglaterra. We have stayed here twice so far, taking a break before returning to PA. This hotel is beautiful and the cleanest hotel I have stayed in throughout the New England states. It is pet-friendly with a park next door. I feel so relaxed when I arrive and the onsite dining is delicious. After dinner, I like relaxing in the lobby , grabbing a cocoa or coffee.

Este é um pequeno boutique hotel. A equipe não poderia ter sido melhor ou mais flexível. Minha irmã e eu estávamos programados para fazer o check-in no sábado passado, mas tínhamos compromissos no spa às 10:00 da manhã, então perguntamos se havia alguma maneira de fazer o check-in mais cedo para que pudéssemos tomar banho depois de nossos compromissos e nos preparar para o almoço. This is a small boutique hotel.The staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating.My sister and I were scheduled to check-in this past Saturday but we had 10:00 a.m. spa appointments so we asked if there was any way we could check-in early so that we could shower after our appointments and prepare for lunch.They made it happen.They provided complimentary shuttle service to dinner and back.We had a great experience at the Delamar.

I got married nearby in the area, and chose to stay at the Delamar both before and after the wedding. It was fantastic. The service exceeded all my expectations. Tremendous front desk staff, manager, and support staff throughout the hotel. I can't find one thing to be constructively critical about, it was worth every penny we spent. Thank you to everyone at the Delamar for a very special long weekend!

Meu marido e eu ficamos no Delamar Greenwich para um “staycation” onde podíamos estacionar o carro e apenas relaxar. O Delamar foi perfeito para isso! O quarto era muito limpo, a cama era super confortável e a vista da água realmente o fazia sentir especial. Também adoramos o quão silencioso era - não parecia como se estivéssemos em um hotel movimentado, embora houvesse muita coisa acontecendo. My husband and I stayed at the Delamar Greenwich for a “staycation” where we could park the car and just relax. The Delamar was perfect for this! The room was very clean, bed was super comfortable and the view of the water really made it feel special. We also loved how quiet it was - it didn’t feel like we were in a busy hotel even though they had a lot going on. We also had dinner at the restaurant downstairs and it was incredible with really excellent service.
