I attended my nephew's wedding banquet at the Stampford Ballroom. The whole experience was quite unpleasant. On arrival, there was no parking available. A sign at the entrance said Valet Parking but actually there was no such service. Finally we had to search for parking in another building. Almost an hour wasted just for parking.
During the banquet, waiters were not courteous and seemed in a rush to serve and get things over with. When the wedding video was played, quality was bad, and the lights were not dimmed. The music was not properly coordinated. The food also did not taste as good as I thought it would. I will never reccomend this place to anyone for holding a banquet. 👎👎👎

Limpar. Espaçoso. Equipe amigável. Muito centralmente localizado perto da Baía da Marina e dos Cais, boas vistas das varandas. O preço é geralmente justo. O hotel não recebe 5 estrelas de mim simplesmente porque o café da manhã e a internet são cobrados à parte, enquanto muitos outros hotéis semelhantes os incluem. No entanto, há muitas opções de comida fora do hotel, você não precisa se preocupar com isso.

The stay in my quarantine was awesome excellent service from in room dining the staffs are welcoming I love the entire hotel especially the view from room is sea view was amazing experience in my life a good example of hospitality is swissotel in Singapore dot .

Clean. Spacious. Friendly staff. Very centrally located near Marina Bay and the Quays, good views from the balconies.
Price is generally fair.
The hotel does not get 5 star from me simply because breakfast and internet are charged extra whereas many other similar hotels have them included. However, there is plenty food options right outside the hotel, you don't need to worry about that.

Clean and modern design. Great staffs with good services. Strategic location with easy access. And nice view if you are staying at a hight level.

Just finished 14 day quarantine and was very pleasantly surprised at how comfortable it was and how well organised. Yes we were confined but staff were so helpful and friendly. Thank you all for your service these are difficult times and we rely on you guys to help us keep Singapore safe. Well done

I stayed here throughout my SHN and I love it! Great view, clean and comfortable room and toilet.. The staffs are super nice and friendly. Super proactive to offer help from check in, check out, delivering external food delivery up to helping pushing our luggage out. Really thumbs up for the 5 stars service level. Keep it up!! Definitely would recommend to others..

Impresionante arquitectura de los 80'. Grandes espacios y fantástico para recepciones multitudinarias. El bar en la planta 71 tiene vistas espectaculares de la ciudad (pero los precios quitan el hipo)

El hotel esta viejecillo pero solo por la localización merece la pena. Si tienes suerte y consigues habitación en una planta alta podras disfrutar de buenas vistas. La piscina esta muy bien al igual que el gimnasio (aunque no es 24 horas). Los baños necesitan reformas. Las habitaciones son muy grandes y las camas muy cómodas. Hay una parada de metro en la puerta
