They give you good late check outs and has always worked with me if I needed a little bit of time to pay for my room. The property and pool is always clean! This is one of the only places on Ww white where you can stay and be safe! Don't hesitate to book your stay here!

A pior experiência de sempre! Percevejos e odor horrível era insuportável. Minha esposa e eu tivemos que dormir no meu caminhão porque eles recusaram meu reembolso após 30 minutos. Mesmo depois de nos dar uma chave que não funcionou. Eles estão honestamente executando uma farsa! Eles deliberadamente fornecem a chave errada e demoram para resolver o problema. Por favor, não fique neste Hotel. Ficamos por uma noite. O banheiro não dava descarga, a roupa de cama. Tinha buracos com manchas por toda parte, travesseiros com manchas, sem lata de lixo, sem papel higiênico, baratas, um monte de mosquitos mortos. Foi nojento. Nós nem tomamos banho porque era muito nojento. Pedimos um reembolso, mas eles recusaram.

The worse experience ever! Bed bugs and horrible odor was unbearable. My wife and I had to sleep in my truck because they refused my refund after 30 minutes. Even after giving us a key that didn't work. They are honestly running a scam! They deliberately give you the wrong key, and take there time to resolve the issue. Once you discover the infestation, they refuse the refund. The health department needs to investigate!

Please do not stay in this Hotel. We stayed for one night. Restroom didn’t flush, the bedding. Had holes with stains all over , pillows with stains, no trash can, no toilet paper, roaches, a bunch of laying dead mosquitos. It was disgusting. We didn’t even take a shower because it was so gross.We asked for a refund but they refused.

Este lugar era HORRÍVEL.Primeiro, o quarto inicial que eles designaram para minha esposa e eu já estava ocupado ou sendo ocupado. Entramos em um quarto que tinha roupas espalhadas e a TV ligada.Quando trouxemos isso para a recepcionista, ela tentou fazer as pazes com a atribuição de uma "suíte". Legal, não é grande coisa... NÃO. Deixe-me dizer-lhe, este lugar era mais decadente do que um verdadeiro documentário de crime. Ww foi atingido com o cheiro de fumaça de cigarro no quarto que fica lá dentro como um bar antigo, havia manchas no chão, uma mancha enorme no próprio colchão, buracos no "cobertor" fino, o que parecia ser sapato impressões digitais nos lençóis, o teto do banheiro estava rachado e caído do que parecia ser danificado pela água, as persianas estavam rasgadas e não fechavam completamente, a luz do banheiro não funcionava e não havia sabão para lavar a sujeira.A esposa não se sentiu segura em ficar aqui devido à área sombreada e ao primeiro incidente inicial de 49 horas, pois aparentemente qualquer pessoa da rua pode entrar no seu quarto às 23h da noite. Portanto, reservamos em um Comfort Inn 6 minutos pela interestadual e tivemos que perder uma vez que o Motel recusou um reembolso e Priceline também, embora os quartos fornecidos fossem inabitáveis.Reservado através do Priceline e foi recusado um reembolso através do hotel e o Priceline também recusou devido à sua "política"

Cigarro queima em cobertores e banheira. diz não fumar, mas cheira a fumaça. Quarto 220. Espelho quebrado. Microondas parece que está queimado. N o gelo na máquina de gelo. Os móveis são velhos e completamente desgastados. Tinha algumas fotos muito legais na parede, se eu tivesse que encontrar algo positivo.

Eu nunca tive problemas com hotéis Wyndham até hoje. Tinha reservado e pago por um quarto king para não fumadores. Quando chego, o cara diz que não tem, mas ele pode me dar um 2 quartos queen por US $ 199 mais impostos. Eu disse não, obrigado e liguei para o suporte ao cliente, liguei e eles disseram que iriam corrigir esse problema, então ligaram para o hotel para mudar minha reserva do rei para as duas rainhas que eles tinham disponível. Esta é a pior estadia de hotel que já tive. O quarto não estava limpo, havia buracos na colcha e lençóis, embora o quarto fosse para não fumantes. O abajur estava quebrado e uma das lâmpadas não tinha lâmpadas. Havia apenas 1 rolo de papel higiênico e 2 toalhas no banheiro. Não tenho certeza de quais fotos eles postaram on-line, mas nosso quarto não parecia nem de perto tão agradável e limpo. Além de tudo isso, a chave do nosso quarto ficava desativando continuamente e eu continuava tendo que ir ao escritório da frente para reprogramá-la. A equipe foi rude e un útil. Faça um favor a si mesmo e nunca fique neste hotel. Eu estou olhando para obter um reembolso para toda a estadia.

This place was HORRIBLE.First off the initial room that they assigned to my wife and I was either already occupied or being squatted in. We walked into a room that had clothes strewn about and the TV on.When we brought this up to the receptionist she tried to make it up with assigning us a "suite". Cool, no big deal...NOT. Let me tell you, this place was seedier than a true crime documentary. Ww got hit with the smell of cigarette smoke in the room that just lingers in there like an old bar, there were stains on the ground, a huge stain on the mattress itself, holes in the thin "blanket", what appeared to be shoe prints on the sheets, the restroom ceiling was crackedand sagging from what appeared to be water damaged, the blinds were torn and wouldn't close fully, the restroom light did not work, and there was no soap to wash the nastiness off.The wife did not feel safe staying here due to the shady area and the first initial 49om incident since apparently anyone from the street can walk into your room at 11pm at night. So we booked at a Comfort Inn 6 minutes down the interstate and had to take a loss since the Motel refused a refund and Priceline as well, even though the rooms provided was unlivable.Booked through Priceline and was refused a refund through the hotel & Priceline also refused due to their "policy"

This is the worst hotel stay I have ever had. The room was not clean, there were holes in the bed spread and sheets even though the room aimed to be non smoking. The lampshade was broken and one of the lamps had no light bulbs. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper and 2 towels left in the bathroom. I'm not sure what photos they have posted online but our room looked nowhere near that nice and clean. On top of all that, our room key kept continously deactivating and I kept having to go to the front office to get it reprogrammed. The staff was rude and un helpful. Do yourself a favor and never stay at this hotel. I am looking into getting a refund for the whole stay.

I have never had any problems with Wyndham hotels until today. Had booked and payed for a king non smoking room. As I arrive he guy says they don’t have it but he can give me a 2 queen bedroom for $199 plus tax. I said no thanks and called customer support, I called and they said they were going to fix this issue so they called the hotel to switch my reservation from the king to the two queen that they did have available. He then proceeded to tell the customer support lady that the room he just told me he has for $199 plus tax, was now not available for me. Guy was super rude and seems like the type to just want people to pay extra fees or upsell rooms. It’s probably family owned that’s why he does things the way he wants to run things. Listen you won’t get no where in life scamming people out of their money buddy, get a better job since you can’t even work a front desk, pathetic! Please don’t associate or give your business with his kind of people!
