Guests enjoy views overlooking more than an acre of gardens and parklands. Paihia Sunseeker Cottages are just 5 minutes’ drive inland from Paihia and Paihia Wharf. The Waitangi Treaty Grounds are a 5-minute drive and Kerikeri Airport is a 20-minute drive away. All cottages are air-conditioned and have a fully equipped kitchen with an oven a microwave and a refrigerator/freezer. Each cottage has a separate living area with a 32-inch LCD TV and a CD player.
