Stephanie (The Manager) and crew are the best crew that Any hotel could want.The rooms are nice and we'll kept and very clean.I would recommend you stay here before any other hotel like motel 6 or any other.It is safe here no Problems here whatsoever.To upper management GIVE YOUR STAFF A RAISE.They deserve it.

IMO, this is the best Extended Stay in Austin! The staff is helpful, considerate, informative, warm & kind. They really aim to make you feel welcome & at home. The room was VERY CLEAN & comfortable. The new management is absolutely awesome! No noise at night and no scandalous goings on. Peaceful. The next time I'm in Austin, if I need a hotel for a night, the week or weekend, this is where I plan on booking my stay. Decent prices for the services & amenities provided. Right On! 🌻❤😎

SANDRA AND EVERYONE I HAVE MET THERE. MAINTENANCE IS CONSTANTLY IMPROVING AND VERY QUICK TO FIX OR CHECK ON ANY INCONVENIENCE QUICKLY.
LAUNDRY FACILITY IS CLEAN AND COOL. GREAT JOB ON THIS EXTENDED STAY HOTEL ON WATERFORD CENTRE IN AUSTIN, TEXAS now
ONE NIGHT at EXTENDED STAY ON 8221 N CENTRAL AUSTIN TEXAS.... AWFUL, RUDE STAFF, TOWELS YELLOW AND SHOWER CURTAINS ARE AWFUL ON BOTTOM.
SO THEY SHOULD TAKE NOTES FROM THIS PLACE
CHECKED OUT AFTER 1 DAY and CHECKED IN HERE ON WATERFORD CENTRE.

This location in particular has excellent service. The staff(Miss Stephanie; Miss Saundra, Miss Denise, Miss Persia) goes above and beyond to ensure that your stay is very pleasant. Chris, The Maintenance technician sees to any repair request is done right away. I plan to continue my stay throughout the year.

I haven’t stayed at this hotel in four or five years and I must say they have completely Updated the interior of the rooms and it was extremely clean. Sandra at the front desk was extremely helpful and as I checked out her main concern was that I had an enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone That wants a clean, well furnished room and a helpful and cheerful staff. Sandra is definitely an asset to the staff
