I had a great stay at the hotel with my girlfriend and my brother, the room was fantastic, clean, comfortable and big enough for all of us to be comfortable.I am from the neighborhood and was just checking out the new place to see if it would be nice to take my girl to once in a while as a romantic getaway. I ended staying about 5 days and between the room and ”store” spent about 6-7 thousand dollars.the reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 3 is the manager captain sully abruptly woke me up and rudely kicked me out. I was beyond embarrassed having just met the girl who I brought as a date.He claimed we were in and out too often and said the room was messy, granted the room was a little messy but until that moment he never saw it. As for going in and out, we all smoke cigarettes and the hotel is a non smoking facility thus we were forced to go out to smoke and of course come back in when we were done.all of the other staff members were absolutely delightful and went above and beyond to make the best of our stay.unfortunately the time was ruined for me because of the managers rush to judgement and rash action, he made me feel like I was some criminal or lower class citizen even saying ”this isn't a days inn” as if he's better than somepeople iits unfortunate one man can ruin a good experience especially when he's supposed to be setting the example.I have not received any attempts to get in touch with me.

Tuve una gran estadía en el hotel con mi novia y mi hermano, la habitación era fantástica, limpia, cómoda y lo suficientemente grande para que todos estuviéramos cómodos. Soy del vecindario y estaba revisando el nuevo lugar para ver si sería bueno llevar a mi chica de vez en cuando como una escapada romántica. Terminé quedándome unos 5 días y entre la habitación y la "tienda" gasté unos 6-7 mil dólares. La razón por la que doy 2 estrellas en lugar de 3 es que el capitán del gerente sully me despertó bruscamente y me echó con rudeza. Estaba más que avergonzada por haber conocido a la chica que traje como cita. Afirmó que estábamos entrando y saliendo con demasiada frecuencia y dijo que la habitación estaba desordenada, concedió que la habitación estaba un poco desordenada, pero hasta ese momento nunca la vio. En cuanto a la entrada y la salida, todos fumamos cigarrillos y el hotel es un establecimiento para no fumadores, por lo que nos vimos obligados a salir a fumar y, por supuesto, volver cuando terminamos. Todos los demás miembros del personal fueron absolutamente encantadores e hicieron todo lo posible para hacer lo mejor de nuestra estancia. Ive never been dissapointed, I have been staying at this fine hotel for many years, first as a training Chef,then as a traveling, Chef, now as a semi retired Chef.
The folks are always wonderful and they really make you feel at home.
Breakfast is always decent, with fresh fruit, juices, coffee, tea.
The rooms are always fresh,clean and I have never had a problem.
When you spend half of your working life living out of a suitcase, its the small things that really mean alot.

Totally love my stays here. Staff is always super nice and helpful. Clean and modern rooms! Home away home and easy to get to! Definitely recommend this place. Hopefully serving breakfast will start once the pandemic is over to enjoy the experience fully!

Fresco, moderno, limpo. Esta foi a minha terceira estadia na propriedade e todos os três superaram as expectativas. Os quartos são surpreendentemente confortáveis e os funcionários sempre foram acolhedores, o gerente geral Gary em particular. I brought my girlfriend here for a peaceful time together but that wasn’t the case here. There was a fight at the main entrance with chaos and mask less people roaming the lobby. There seemed to be only one person working and he was not to blame he was very accommodating and kind. But he did have to kick everyone out and we had to wait for him to do that. I expected at least another person or security to do that for him. We aren’t in in the peak of COVID-19 so I don’t understand why a place like this can’t set it up. One person doing everything isn’t a great look along with chaos in the middle of the day.

Fresh, modern, clean. This was my third stay at the property and all three have exceeded expectations. The rooms are surprisingly comfortable and the staff have always been accommodating, the General Manager Gary in particular. During three short stays I’ve seen Gary working in at least six different roles on property. No surprise to me that the rest of the staff and property are on point each visit. The value received has exceeded the price paid every time. This is a hospitality experience minus the headaches.
