Precisava de um lugar agradável e familiar para ficar depois de um longo dia de trabalho, não queria dirigir uma hora para casa para dormir e voltar logo na manhã seguinte. Entrou e esperou que alguém viesse até a mesa e ajudasse. Ninguém apareceu, então comecei a procurar e ligar para alguém. Ninguém pode ser encontrado. A área da cozinha estava aberta e a entrega de comida estava no chão esquentando (ver foto) Ainda não havia ninguém, então olhei pela janela do escritório. O funcionário estava dormindo. Fui até a mesa para procurar um sino ou algo para acordá-los, mas nada. Olhei no monitor de vídeo e vi que estamos habilmente escondidos da câmera. Pensei em fazer algo para comer com todos os mantimentos no chão, mas em vez disso peguei um pedaço de papel e escrevi que queria um quarto, mas seu funcionário estava dormindo e mostrou para todas as câmeras (verifique a filmagem), em seguida, peguei um pouco de fita e gravei o bilhete para a porta da frente para economizar tempo para a próxima pessoa que entrar.

Que senhora muito doce que me registrou e seu nome era Emily ... Quando eu cheguei ao meu quarto era tão bom quanto o processo de check-in. O café da manhã é servido ainda pela manhã e a piscina é um grande alívio para viajar. Eu não poderia estar mais feliz com a minha experiência com este hotel e funcionários.

Awesome customer service. The front desk was very informative. Easy check in process as well as a unique treat we received. Mansfield mugs with cocoa! We'll definitely remember this trip. We came for softball tourney at BLD. Literally 5min. Away! Highly recommend their breakfast aa well. Lots of options! Room was immaculate! Clean facility. 10 stars!

What a great sweet lady that checked me in and her name was Emily...When I got to my room it's as great as the check in process. Breakfast is served still in the morning and the pool is a great relief from traveling. I couldnt be happier with my experience with this hotel and staff.

If you stay here, get a room on the back side of the hotel away from the highway. Rooms are neat and clean. Staff are cordial.

Staff was nice. Pool was open. Room was nice and clean. If they had breakfast like they were supposed to they would have got five stars. Instead they handed out moldy rotten fruit, cereal without milk and bad tasting ☕.

El servicio fue excelente, sin embargo por la mañana, nuestros ventanas de nuestros automóviles estaban helados y el hotel no tenía más raspadores de hielo...eso es el único negativo!

Necesitaba un lugar agradable y familiar para quedarme después de un largo día de trabajo sin querer conducir una hora a casa para dormir y regresar a la mañana siguiente. Entré y esperé a que alguien viniera al escritorio y ayudara. No vino nadie, así que comencé a buscar y llamar a alguien. Nadie para ser encontrado. El área de la cocina estaba abierta y la comida a domicilio en el piso se estaba calentando (ver imagen). Aún no había nadie, así que miré por la ventana hacia la oficina. El empleado estaba dormido. Caminé hasta el escritorio para buscar una campana o algo para despertarlos, pero nada. Miré el monitor de video y estábamos hábilmente escondidos de la cámara. Contemplé hacerme algo de comer con todos los comestibles en el suelo, pero en su lugar tomé un trozo de papel y escribí que quería una habitación, pero su empleado estaba dormido y lo mostró a todas las cámaras (verifique las imágenes), luego tomó un poco de cinta y lo grabó la nota en la puerta principal para ahorrar tiempo a la próxima persona que entre.

Needed a nice familiar place to stay after a very long day at work not wanting to drive an hour home to sleep and come right back in the next morning. Went in and waited for someone to come to the desk and help. No one came so i started looking and calling for someone.No one to be found. The kitchen area was open and the food delivery was on the floor getting hot (see picture)Still no one to be found so i looked in the window to the office. The clerk was asleep.I walked to the desk to look for a bell or something to wake them but nothing. I looked on the video monitor and the we're cleverly hidden from the camera. I contemplated making myself something to eat with all the groceries on the floor but instead took a piece of paper and wrote i wanted a room but your clerk was asleep and flashed it to all the cameras (check the footage) then took some tape and taped the note to the front door to save time for the next person coming in.
