Lugar perfeito para ficar em Budapeste. Ótimos serviços, perto do principal atrativo, de forma confortável e fofa. Quarto grande o suficiente, tem todo o necessário (acessórios de banheiro, acessórios de calçados, ferro, frigobar) para viajantes. Café da manhã muito saboroso para o início do dia e uma grande quantidade de vinho para a noite.

Lugar perfecto para alojarse en Budapest. Excelentes servicios, cerca de la atracción principal, muy cómodos y lindos. Habitación lo suficientemente grande, tiene todo lo necesario (accesorios de baño, accesorios de zapatos, plancha, mini bar) para los viajeros. Desayuno muy sabroso para comenzar el día y gran cantidad de vino para la noche.

Perfect place to stay in Budapest.
Great services, close to the main attraction, so comfortable and cute.
Room big enough, has all necessary (bathroom accessories, shoes accessories, iron, mini bar) for travelers.
Very tasty breakfast for start of the day and big numbers of wine for the evening.

Nós tivemos uma ótima estadia neste hotel. A localização é ideal para explorar a cidade. O hotel é muito calmo e impecavelmente limpo. Os funcionários do hotel fizeram de tudo para tornar a nossa estadia o mais tranquila possível. O almoço foi muito abrangente.

As previous reviews mentioned, there is possibility that you'll get room without windows as we did, we asked for replacement but we were told that hotel is full at the moment. Walls and doors are really thin so you'll hear everything that happens outside or in the room next to yours which can really affect quaility of your rest.On the positive side, hotel stuff is really nice and polite, rooms are super clean, location is great (20 min by foot to all areas od interest) especially if you're visiting by car, they will recommend you paid parking (7 eur per day) but you can find cheaper alternative next to the church nearby that is 500m away from the hotel (2000 huf / 5eur per day)

Ficamos muito felizes com tudo. O quarto estava equipado com tudo o que precisávamos e café da manhã foi excelente. Os funcionários, especialmente Thomas, foram muito gentis e prestativos. Belas acomodações modernas, funcionários simpáticos, prestativos e profissionais. Visitamos na época do Helloween, então o bônus foi a decoração temática, que entusiasmou as crianças. Ficamos maravilhados com a variedade de adegas Juhász (devido ao número de decorações e à incrível seleção de vinhos Juhász, presumo que Smart Hotel também pertence a elas). Levamos para casa uma caixa de excelente prosseca🙂 O pessoal ficou feliz em providenciar um cruzeiro no vapor, que foi maravilhoso, então satisfação máxima. Você pode usar a bela sauna do hotel, e há um parquinho infantil novo bem em frente ao hotel. A culpa foi nossa por termos confundido o dia do check out e o pessoal ainda se comportou bem, não tinha lugar livre para estender, mas não fez do nosso late check out uma tragédia, porque não estávamos presentes no hotel e, por isso, tiveram de nos telefonar. O único ponto negativo em comparação com os grandes hotéis é que o hotel não tem restaurante, de modo que o café-da-manhã não foi chamativo, mas suficiente, então eles prepararam uma omelete fresca para o marido. Para mim deu tudo certo, dei a eles um croissant com manteiga e geléia por toda parte, mesmo que o cardápio fosse não sei o que As crianças também escolheram bem. Se voltarmos a Budapeste, definitivamente queremos viver em um hotel inteligente novamente.

Hermoso alojamiento moderno, personal agradable, servicial y profesional. Visitamos en la época de Helloween, por lo que la ventaja fue la decoración temática, que entusiasmó a los niños. Quedamos encantados con la oferta de las bodegas Juhász (debido a la cantidad de decoraciones y la increíble selección de vinos Juhász, supongo que Smart Hotel también les pertenece). Nos llevamos a casa una caja de prosseca excelente. El personal estuvo feliz de organizar un crucero en el vapor, que fue maravilloso, por lo que fue la máxima satisfacción. Puede utilizar la hermosa sauna del hotel y hay un nuevo parque infantil justo enfrente del hotel. Fue culpa nuestra que nos equivocamos el día del check out y el personal aún se portó genial, no tenían un lugar libre para extender, pero no hicieron que nuestro late check out fuera una tragedia, porque no estuvimos presentes en el hotel así que tuvieron que llamarnos, el único pequeño inconveniente en comparación con los grandes hoteles es que el hotel no tiene restaurante, por lo que los desayunos no eran llamativos, pero sí suficientes, por lo que le prepararon a su esposo una tortilla fresca. Para mí todo estuvo bien, les di un croissant con mantequilla y mermelada por todas partes, aunque el menú fuera No sé qué. Los niños también eligieron bien. Si volvemos a Budapest, definitivamente queremos volver a vivir en un hotel Smart.

Quedamos muy contentos con todo. La habitación estaba equipada con todo lo que necesitábamos y el desayuno era excelente. El personal, especialmente Thomas, fue muy amable y servicial. Realmente me gustó el hecho de que la habitación tenía un gran ambiente y que estoy localmente en mi parte favorita de Budapest. Gracias por estar aquí, definitivamente vendremos después.

Great hotel in general. However, a little too quirky for my liking. Rooms are attached to common areas. Walls are paper thin. Some rooms don't have any windows. They tried a little too hard to make it a tech forward hotel but the upgrades are just an inconvenience and gimmicky. Id prefer they spent more time on making a nicer bathroom and better lighting.

Definitely a "different" kind of hotel. Nice room, you can control everything by an ipad. My room had no windows which was strange and it was on the same floor and exactly next to the front desk and the hotel bar which made it pretty noisy. Especially at night if you are a light sleeper ask for another room.
Bed was really nice, big shower, nice staff. Overall a really nice hotel, just try to avoid the ground floor rooms.
Parking about 150m from the hotel available (7 EUR per day)

We got a room without real windows so it was really dark. Also it was really cold, although AC is on 25.
On the other hand, everything is clean, you have everything you need in room, there is beautiful playground in front of hotel. Also we tried their white dry wine, it was really good and affordable.
Breakfast is in basement and with poor choice. No butter pastry, fried eggs, poor cheese selection and bad choice of food for kids.

Intelligent hotel with cutting edge facilities. Clean, modern, fashionable. 10/10 for a short stay. Friendly staff, very nice people working there! Quite a simple breakfast, but enough. Finally seeing a pot in the room. Good WiFi, big TV, but the double bed is made of two separate materaces. Thin walls, can hear neighbors. I hate the idea of having a window view on a corridor/patio, so can't actually open one to get some fresh air :/ and the hardness of water! Shower takes twice longer. Smart wall tablet isn't as smart as expected: the lights keep switching on on movement even though I turned them off, yet switch off when in the shower (detector reacts to the movement in the room more than the bathroom); no cleaning service even though I applied on the machine that I needed new towels and maintenance.

Cozy hotel with a lovely small park in front. Sparkling clean and looks new. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, that was the highlight of our stay. Our room was quite small, but we had a view to the park outside.
