Location is great. Internet did not work. Staff kept saying they were "working on it", but no resolution. We checked out early because of this. Manager refused refund of prepaid nights for early checkout so disputing w credit card.

The bed was comfortable enough and it was close to where we needed to be. A/C unit sounded like a truck when it turned on and woke us up many times during the night. Security latch broken. Bathroom TINY (shower 3'X4'). We asked for another room due to the A/C and that room had no towels. Wouldn't stay again if it were free!

The price we paid paid 4 King got 2 queen beds, 1st room they put us in had a clogged up shower, AC kept going out. The water in the shower kept changing to very cold and extremely hot. In the pool there was extremely rude kids no parents. Druggies Hanging outside.

Absolutely nothing! I felt robbed! For the same amount of money, you can get a better experience somewhere else! For starters I've been waiting for 4 days now, for a phone call from the manager because I have not been reimbursed the $60 deposit. It smelled horribly of dog urine, I kept having to ask every day for toilet paper and towels, and when I asked for extra blankets I was told they only had the exact amount of blankets for the beds there. Breakfast was an absolute embarrassment,

The staff was friendly. The shower door was broken and gross. The carpet was so dirty that we couldn't walk barefoot. The towels were tiny and insufficient. Our key wouldn't work, even when they gave us new ones. We had to be let in. And then we were woken up by house keeping.

Microwave had soup spilled on the turntable. The ac unit didnt work. Just blew air, and on the west side of building made it hotter. Need to find another hotel that has laundry room for guests.

The location is convenient. No bathtub, breakfast buffet was sparse and hardly had anything on it. Every time someone down our hall would open or close their door it was so loud and shook our headboard. Very noisy. Quite rundown. Pool and hot close very early. Staff not friendly

Price was good for circumstance.. Breakfast said until 9:30. At 8:15 everything was out. No muffins, yogurt, milk. Cereal dispenser was broken so guests had to open top and use hands inside! Asked if they could refill items and they wouldn't keep stocked.

The location is great. Free breakfast is good. Nice and quiet. Usually very clean. Basic, but clean and in good condition. We have stayed here several times and are usually pleased. This time was disappointing. I took several items to the front desk the next morning. Garbage left in room by prior guests, the plastic wrapped cups had liquid/water(?) inside the plastic.

Location was close to downtown. Room smelled gross when we first opened the door, most likely from the pets allowed. Breakfast was limited. Wouldn't stay here again.

I made the mistake of checking in early, so my wife could get a key for later that day. Later, when we did check in, I guess we signed another card, so they charged us for two nights, when we only stayed one. I have made many calls but no help. Can you?
