I enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean and they had a nice bar. It is conveniently located and easy to drive in and out of, and within walking distance to several restaurants. My only complaint is that 2 of the four days of my stay, housekeeping missed our room. Not a huge deal but would've liked to come back after a long day to a clean room with fresh towels and sheets.

Each time I have stayed at the Sheraton, I have been satisfied with the cleanliness, comfort, and spaciousness of the rooms. The hotel is located in the center of the city in a very convenient location. The breakfast at Sheraton is excellent. Delicious. The front desk staff, Ms.Kaylee and Erika, are both extremely welcoming and go above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. They have always provided exceptional customer service, and I have always found them to be polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. You won't regret staying at a Sheraton.

During my stay at the Sheraton in downtown Salt Lake City, I enjoyed an excellent breakfast. The addition of Mr. Jesus to the Sheraton's kitchen is refreshing. His guests appreciated his responsiveness, even though he was working on a holiday. There were no words to describe how caring and concerned he was for each of his guests. Everyone enjoyed a hot, delicious breakfast prepared by him. It was all beautifully plated and tasted great! A fantastic Chef, Mr. Jesus, made me the most wonderful breakfast I have ever had at a Marriott Hotel. Aside from the food, his professional attitude and personal touches were second to none. His work is passionate and heartfelt. Sheraton is fortunate to have him. Thank you, Mr. Jesus.

Enjoyed my stay this weekend. The only issues I had was there was no microwave in the room and the shampoo and soap smelled like cologne. May sound silly to mention, but if you are sensitive to strong fragrances bring your own shower products. Grill downstairs in the lobby was nice and ambiance was nice. Staff was friendly and helpful and room was clean. Balcony view was very nice.

Near luxury, in a great location. You are not in the noisier area but can be where the action is in 25 minutes of steady walking. Beautifully appointed rooms relatively recently renovated. Bell service was first class with bags brought to room in 15 minutes or less. Lobby is lovely with an extensive gift shoppe. Great place to stay when in town. That's the good. The bad is that the general manager just walked out.the breakfast strawberries had moldy pieces in it. There was not one drop of decafe coffee in the building. What's up with that? In general breakfast was less than satisfactory. But in fairness to the couple of women working it they needed at least another two or three people to function properly.

This is a very comfortable experience with many events going on. The hotel is grand with a pleasant and comfortable decor. Vanessa at check in was polite and willing to help! The housekeeping staff works diligently to keep the rooms clean. The beds were very comfortable as were the sheets.My son said a 4-star because of adorable dogs at the gift shop. We would look at staying here again!

I have been staying at this hotel every week for the last few months (for work). I’ve stayed at several hotels in the area, but I have settled at this one. The rooms are excellent and the location is right downtown close some great restaurants (try whiskey street for a fun spot with all around delicious food). However, what really makes this place special is it’s staff. Everyone at this hotel...from TC in the lounge (She’s THE BEST), to all the friendly faces at the front desk, to room service, makes you feel at home. Thanks for the great stays, I’m sure I’ll be back soon.

The location is good and the room rate was reasonable compared to the other Marriott properties in the area. However the attention to detail in the concierge’s dining area is really lacking for business travelers. The beverages are not being stocked, no brewed coffee (one morning) and microwave instant oatmeal. Not what you would expect if your a loyal Marriott business traveler.

This place has a great location and great view. It's quiet and clean. It's in walking distance to some great restaurants. And for all those that like working out, the gym is nice!!! And the hot tub seals the deal

The staff was amazing. From the time we arrived until we left, the service and hospitality we received from Vanessa at the front desk was exceptional. The gym was wonderful and the the bar was the cherry on top. The room was a bit small and there were a few housekeeping misses when we arrived. Overall, I think this is a great hotel, in a great location. I'd definitely stay here again.
