Such an unfriendly hotel, the front desk man gives you the worst room, then the breakfast staff unfriendly as can get, we moved lunch and dinner meetings twice off property cause of their attitude and unprofessional manners. And food selection terrible anyhows, worth the walk to good cafe fingerlos

Great hotel within walking distance to old town Salzburg. Room are very comfortable and spacious. The staff are genuinely friendly and helpful, especially the waiter Tony, who took a very good care of us. Danke schön.

Great hotel! Very warm welcome on arrival and refreshment offered. Very kind and professional staff. They care and listen to the customer. Very clean and comfortable rooms and bedding. Very pleasant bar and terrace. I felt very welcome and will return with great pleasure! Service is top!

The staff was rude and made us not feel welcome during check-in, no introduction the only thing they we're talking about was paying even though we already paid in advance. Rooms are quite large with a nice large bathroom, but not clean either. I liked the wooden floor in the rooms, interior is old timey in an outdated way, location is decent. Walls are a bit thin causing you to hear your room neighbors talk/walk. Definitely not in the good 5 star category
