Functional hostel with good wifi, beds, privacy curtains and great shower, only stayed one night

The hostel itself is very stylish and the location is perfect to explore Miraflores. However, bathrooms need urgently to be cleaned more often. Was kind of disgusting. The hostel also lacks in term of atmosphere and it’s pretty hard to get in touch with other travelers. On the other hand,it’s very crowded and loud in the evening/night as there are also external events taking place so not much sleep during the night.

Very comfortable bed and spacious 8-bed dorm with curtains for privacy. Large hostel, lacked atmosphere but maybe because it’s February and there aren’t many guests. En-suite bathroom was great and water was hot, WiFi was strong, and it’s located in the very safe and bustling neighborhood of Miraflores just a few blocks to the beautiful coastline. Front desk staff isn’t too knowledgeable, didn’t offer much information, and seemed disinterested in helping.

The front desk service was horrible. No welcoming attitude, short/rude answers. We booked an apartment and it was not clean at all. Super old facility. Toilet overflowed even when someone from upstairs use the flush. Hallway had a terrible smell like spicy food mixed with humid. Two good things, bedroom style and location. We stayed also Selina Cusco which was great but in Lima never again.

Absolutely love this hostel. The hostel has a relaxed vibe and the rooms are extremely clean. We had a late flight booked so we reserved a room at the last minute to stay in through out the day until our late departure. The receptionist ensured our private room was cleaned immediately so we could check in early at no additional cost. The customer service at this hostel is second to none and you can’t beat the location. Overall a great option for the budget conscious traveller.
