Devo dizer que o preço baixo também mostra o nível. Pelas fotos realmente ótimas, mas quando você chega lá não há quartos bonitos, apenas pequenos. Sem vista para o mar e o terraço também não está disponível, foi dito que existem fotos antigas de algum outro lugar. Basta olhar pela janela para um "nada" semelhante a um poço. A única coisa boa é que você pode dormir na cama e ter ar condicionado. 1 estrela para cama e ar condicionado 1 estrela para o local Não se deixe enganar pelas fotos !!!

Dizer mal é não dizer nada. Mofo no banheiro, tampa do vaso quebrada, camada de um metro de poeira embaixo da cama .. O quarto só tem ar condicionado, até a TV não funciona. O hotel está doente há muito tempo .. atraído por uma visita ao spa com hammam. As senhoras do hamam queriam um "pequeno denyuzhka" quando lhes foi recusado, referindo-se ao voucher de check-in - elas se comportaram de forma totalmente rude e as levaram para o hamam frio 30 ° sem o menor sinal de vapor ...

Hotel bom, só que não tem água potável no quarto, o pessoal da recepção deu microdoses como no avião, mas tinha que ir comprar. A pedido, retiraram o quarto no segundo dia, toalhas, roupões de banho, ainda mais do que o necessário) para omelete de café da manhã, salsichas com molho de tomate e crfe instantâneo no 4º dia fartos) mas tentamos tomar café da manhã nos telhados cafés diferentes, por isso não sofremos)

Todos os funcionários de serviços de localização muito agradável, a única coisa são os quartos um pouco para rever. No nosso, faltava um pedaço do chuveiro e, portanto, a água saiu. Nada dramático, no entanto, você espera mais de um hotel de 4 estrelas. De qualquer forma, pelo preço eu recomendo absolutamente. Se você quer ficar em Istambul, reserve este hotel.

Pequeno e acolhedor hotel com boa equipe. Alguns quartos têm vista para a Mesquita Azul! Mais importante, este hotel tem uma ótima localização, há um pequeno supermercado nas proximidades e a praça principal de Sultanahmet fica a 5 minutos a pé! Uma caminhada até o aterro levará de 10 a 15 minutos. Bom café da manhã saboroso.

We stayed at premier side. The bedroom was clean. The location is good only 5 minutes walk to blue mosque. But we don’t like their breakfast, I expected better quality food.
Front desk service not really nice. There was raining and I asked them for umbrella they said they don’t have any.

Hemos estado cinco noches y la verdad que muy bien, el hotel está muy cerca de la Mezquita Azul y de Santa Sofía, puedes ir prácticamente a todos los sitios caminando. El personal del hotel es muy amable, en especial Müzaffer, aunque ninguno habla español, la habitación muy correcta y la cama bastante cómoda, lo peor es que llegas cansado y no hay ascensor, pero bueno eso es anecdòtic o. El desayuno no está mal, la verdad es que hay bastantes cosas pero a nosotros no nos apetecía esos platos con tantas salsas y especias para desayunar pero había otras cosas, han de mejorar el café, el resto bien.

The workers were a little problematic. I waited 3 hours for my room to be prepared and when I finally settled down I noticed that the little samples in the bathroom were all used,hair all over them. Sparse towels and dirty pillow cases. Their were problems with the electricity and the t.v. would not open. After paying a great deal of money these conditions were no way near my expectations.

Friendly staff clean and comfortable and not bad for a last minute deal. Could do with some TLC and they need to open the roof top terrace bar and serve breakfast or snacks up there overlooking the lovely view. Very well placed in Old Town for visiting all the traditional and best sights. Breakfast could do with some hot food choices as well as perhaps croissants and eggs. Bit bland on choice.

Low end hotel, but priced right. Restaurant is pretty and live music is fun on certain days. Staff are great. Right downtown Bandirma within walking distance of ferry. Cab stand and restaurants right outside.

I just stayed here recently and it was great. The staff are tremendously friendly and so helpful. The breakfast was pretty nice too. My favourite experience was sitting on the roof with a nice cup of tea watching the birds fly around the blue mosque or the boats sailing on the sea

This is a great hotel. The location is located in sultanmhet, and is easily walkable to lots of great restaurants, and sights, such as the Blue Mosque and Ayasofya. It’s also close to the tram to easily get around the city. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is good. The rooftop terrace is beautiful, overlooking the area, including the mosque. Highly recommend staying here.

The hotel provides what you pay for. I have given it four stars due to the convenience of the shuttle. The staff are also helpfull and I was able to check-in early without extra costs. In terms of the standard of the rooms the hotel is more a three star establishment. If you want a decent place to sleep at a good price in a very central area, perfect. If you want luxury it is not for you.

Excellent hotel, very close to the blue mosque, our room faced it. Excellent staff who helped us with everything. The rooms were excellent with really nice showers. I would highly reccomend them and I will be sure to visit again. Their breakfast was simple buthad all you'd need to tackle a day of travelling this beautiful city.
