Hotel muito agradável. A equipe é bastante útil e parte é muito bom em inglês. A localização perto do ponto de ônibus com conexão para as principais estações de trem / metrô é uma vantagem. O bem-estar que é livre para usar faz uma estadia aqui muito agradável também.

Pessoal muito respeitoso e prestativo. O hotel e o quarto foram impecáveis. O bem-estar não é muito grande, mas o que está funcionando bem e limpo. Há alguns anos, poderia ser uma reforma. O menu do restaurante à la carte é uma boa escolha. Não há 150 tipos de comida, mas ela não estaria viva de qualquer maneira. O que provamos foi ótimo! Sim, ele era apenas um garçom, mas ele podia aprender de muitos lugares! Não havia necessidade de esperar muito por nada! O café da manhã padrão é um buffet intercontinental. Com bolos frescos e serviço educado. Se isso acontecer, eu vou voltar suavemente.

O hotel é enorme, corredores eternamente longos, já envelhecendo. Meu quarto era bom, moderno e funcional, infelizmente muito barulhento. Foi ok. Fitness e área de bem-estar eu não poderia usar, pois a partir do horário de abertura não saiu.

The hotel was very nice and receptionists was very professional. Room were clean and had comfortable beds. The only reason for four star is the location was not that great especially for people who don't own car and don't want to spend a lot of money on taxis.

It’s a great resort to stay in Budapest, but is far away from the city centre, need to travel by taxi or bus every time to city centre, but overall a good staying option with in house heated jacuzzi

Very good place to organise business meetings or training, the rooms are large and very clean. The breakfast is pretty good, you can find a lot of protein, vegetables and fruits. Reception crew are full of smiling and I don't want to forget, you have a huge parking.

Very bad service overall, the restaurants at lunch and dinner had alright food but terrible service from the staff. Additionally, the food in the included breakfast was all dirty and there was a lack of hygiene throughout the buffet. The rooms are good when you compare it to the rest of the hotel, the whole experience made me want to hide in my room. The facilities are nothing special. I can't see any reason as to why this would ever be four stars.
I feel very generous even giving 2 stars as having a bad hotel ruined are trip to Hungary.
All for £91 pounds a night.

Personalmente este hotel me ha decepcionado muchísimo. En primer lugar, la ubicación en lo peor, te dicen que está a pocos kms del centro y lo pongo en duda, no hay ningún punto de interés cercano, el hotel se encuentra en una colina en una zona periférica de la ciudad por la que tienes que atravesar zonas y barrios de dudosa seguridad antes de llegar y no me resultó nada fácil encontrar como llegar a pesar de usar Google maps. Además, considero que la habitación que ponen en la web no se parecía a la que finalmente se me fue asignada. El pasillo hacia la habitación desprendía mal olor, la habitación era oscura y anticuada, y quedaba muy lejos en general de ser confortables (incluyendo colchón y almohada). El buffet era escaso, muy poco variado y además la comida estaba malísima: bacon super salado, zumos que se agotaban y se reponía con poca frecuencia, panes que se servían con las etiquetas rotas y pegadas aún encima, pastelería apelmazada y mala. También tengo que destacar que los mapas de Budapest que se le entregan a los huéspedes tienen más anuncios de escorts o prostitutas y clubs que lo promueven que de información turística útil. Sin lugar a dudas, lo único positivo que destaco, y por el motivo por el que pongo dos estrellas y no una a esta crítica es el personal, especialmente los recepcionistas, que además de hablar inglés bastante correcto (no algo muy habitual en mi estancia en Budapest) eran bastante amables y simpáticos.

September 2018A very odd hotel. I think it was great in 2011 when Trip Advisor gave it an award but since I think there isn’t a theme to the hotel or sense to the decor. The rooms are weird with glass bathrooms and the smell of cigarette smoke may never go away. The front desk is just as helpful as the average Eastern European, Not much and will speak their native language under their breathe and then they will snicker before answering you. Bartender becomes very frustrated when more than 2 people need attended to.

Four star hotel? Is that a joke? Bugs, dirt, noise, old facility! Defiantly I will never stay there again. One week was far enough! No thanks!

Everything was really good. The staff is very friendly, helpful and polite. The room is the same as at the pictures (don't mind the bed, it was ok when we came in XD). The breakfast is awesome - I had everything I wanted to (I'm vegetarian so sometimes it's hard to find something, but that's not about this hotel). Also they have not only the sugar, but Aspartame as well. SPA center is good, but I didn't like saunas too much tho'. The salt and aroma ones almost hadn't their smell at all. But that's not a big problem. The luggage room is not a problem before check-in and after check-out at all - that's absolutely great. You can buy tickets for entertainment and public transport as well. Btw, transport connection is great. By buses from the hotel you can access everything you want to. And the price for full access to public transport (travel ticket) is good too (4150 HUF for 3 days and 4950 for a week; single one is 350 btw). That's everything a can think about now, but I'm sure there's more pluses. Can't remember anything bad tho'.

No ha gustado por la limpieza y el excelente desayuno. Lo que no nos gustó fue el hecho de encontrar las sábanas y fundas almohadas arrugadas cómo si no se habían cambiado. Les pedimos otras y nos dieron , para una cama de matrimonio 2 sábanas de 0,90. Por falta de tiempo no llegamos a probar el Spa .
