Location : Great. Sea facing.Hospitality: EXCELLENT. Staff are very courteous & warm. Great service.Rooms/facilities: Average. Not all rooms are well maintained . Excellent location, stayed in a sea facing room207 from 29th December, 2023 for two days, rooms & balcony are pretty big & clean. Staffs are cordial. Complimentary breakfast is good. Overall, we had a great experience. Excelente localização, fiquei em um quarto de frente para o mar 207 de 29 de dezembro de 2023 por dois dias, quartos e varanda são muito grandes e limpos. Os funcionários são cordiais. Café da manhã de cortesia é bom. No geral, tivemos uma ótima experiência.

The hotel ambience is beautiful and the rooms were good, neat and clean and spacious. The service was also good. We didn't get the 2 rooms we have booked at first, due to room unavailability issue, but they then upgraded us to a sea facing room, with co-joined balcony. The room service was prompt and helpful. O ambiente do hotel é lindo e os quartos eram bons, limpos e espaçosos. O serviço também foi bom. Nós não recebemos os 2 quartos que reservamos no início, devido ao problema de indisponibilidade do quarto, mas eles nos mudaram para um quarto de frente para o mar, com varanda conjunta. O serviço de quarto foi rápido e útil.

However, the hotel should have free pick up and drop facilities (for guests who don't bring their personal vehicles) to and from the railway or bus station, considering their room tariffs. Hotel location is a bit far away (~2.5 km) from the main market. If possible, take your personal vehicle, as frequent travel by autos is really costly. Min Rs 100 for a one way trip to the market. Alternatively, the hotel should have cheaper arrangements for its guests (who don't have their personal vehicles), who want to go to the market or other tourist places. My stay at hotel was from 10.07.22 to 12.07.22. The location is good but 2km distance from main market and every time you go there 100 rs is auto charge. Hotel was neat and clean, well maintained. We were promised to give rooms on second floor but was provided on ground floor. And the person who came after us was provided room on the first floor. After negotiations one room was provided on the first floor. The ground floor room is not much okay. Smell comes always. Howeverthe first floor rooms are good. We had taken the sea view room. The room was quite good. Well behaved staffs, tasty food and location is directly opposite to the sea makes the hotel awesome. However, I am cutting a star because of the trust deficit as while booking they told us to provide the room on 2nd floor but they provided on the ground floor. Otherwise everything was good. Minha estadia no hotel foi de 10.07.22 a 12.07.22. A localização é boa, mas a 2 km do mercado principal e toda vez que você vai lá, 100 rs são cobrados automaticamente. Hotel foi arrumado e limpo, bem conservado. Nos foi prometido dar quartos no segundo andar, mas foi fornecido no piso térreo. E a pessoa que veio depois de nós recebeu um quarto no primeiro andar. Após negociações, foi disponibilizado um quarto no primeiro andar. O quarto do andar térreo não é muito bom. O cheiro vem sempre. No entanto, os quartos do primeiro andar são bons. Location is really great, sea facing rooms are literally having same view as beach. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool. Should also have stairless access to the premises, strongly recommend this feature otherwise the stay was comfortable. Hotel estaba limpio y ordenado, bien mantenido. Nos prometieron dar habitaciones en el segundo piso, pero nos las dieron en la planta baja. Y a la persona que vino después de nosotros se le proporcionó habitación en el primer piso. Después de las negociaciones, se proporcionó una habitación en el primer piso. La habitación de la planta baja no está muy bien. El olor viene siempre. Sin embargo, las habitaciones del primer piso están bien. Habíamos cogido la habitación con vistas al mar. Visited one month ago with family.Awesome hotel, with clean and decent atmosphere.Clean and big rooms, clean swimingpool and all areas.Good and cooperative staff, location is very good in front of sea. Food quality needs to improve, however morning buffet breakfast is good.. Visitei há um mês com a família. Um hotel maravilhoso, com uma atmosfera limpa e decente. Quartos limpos e grandes, piscina limpa e todas as áreas. Pessoal bom e cooperativo, a localização é ótima em frente ao mar. A qualidade dos alimentos precisa melhorar, no entanto, o buffet de café da manhã é bom.
