Atendimento muito bom na recepção, quarto pronto antes do horário do checkin. Possui um dos lobbys de hotel mais lindo que já vi. Café da manhã delicioso com diversas frutas e opções. A localização é ótima de frente a uma praça e há minutos de distância de diversos pontos turísticos. Além disso fica há duas quadras da estação de trem então pode se deslocar facilmente sem uber/táxi se chegar ou voltar de trem. Porém o quarto é muito apertado (estamos numa viagem de muitas semanas com duas malas grandes e duas pequenas) e a área de chuveiro do bwc é minúscula. Eu com 1,67 sofri para conseguirtomar banho e meu marido de 1,90 não consegue virar… tirando isso seria perfeito

Ubicación estupenda. Desayuno muy bueno con opciones de café o huevos preparados en el momento además del buffet muy variado, con embutidos, fruta, cereales, incluso prosecco. Personal amable, algunos con un inglés deficiente, pero siempre dispuestos a ayudar a pesar de la barrera idiomática. Habitación con mini cafetera y te o café de cortesía. Cama muy cómoda. Baño limpio y bien mantenido. En general fue una muy buena estadía.

Excelente Hotel, eu e minha noiva estávamos de lua de mel, e fomos recebidos pelo hotel com muita cordialidade, fizeram questão de falar nossa língua (português Brasil) e fomos recebidos com pétalas na cama é um lindo cartão de boas vindas e um drink, fez toda diferença para nós ser recebido dessa forma. Toda equipe do hotel é bem solicita, dispõe de um café da manhã saboroso e a decoração do hotel é muito charmosa, a localização é excelente, recomendo e com certeza voltarei ao hotel. Parabéns pela equipe e administração deste hotel

A quirky and unusual hotel, with a labyrinthine layout, which suggests it has been carved out of more than one building. A suspicion only added to by subtle changes of level as you walk around. The room wasn't especially large, but it was clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable two night stay.
The breakfast was very good (my espresso in particular was excellent). There was a good variety on offer, including bacon, sausage and scrambled eggs for the Americans who wanted that.
The hotel is located right on the piazza, barely five minutes walk from the train station. There are a selection of bars and restaurants either side, and many of the attractions of Florence within a 30 minute stroll.
The staff were very helpful and polite, even arranging a bag with some breakfast for us on our last morning, as we had to catch a very early train before breakfast was served. Alas the contents of said bag left a little to be desired, consisting of some packaged dry toasts, something that appeared to be rice cakes, a yoghurt and a bottle of water. It also wasn't waiting for us at the desk, the clerk disappeared for several minutes to fetch it, which didn't help our anxiety over catching our train. It's that little thing stopping this being a five star review, just fell at the final fence

Our double room was tiny with shower which small side but honestly all that was needed for us and the least expensive. .Everything was great, air con was perfect, breakfast was good quality and all I like, the staff were efficient and so friendly and helpful ... downstairs in the hotel are seating areas where you could stretch out a bit more and the decor is really beautiful. Don't think the pictures on their site do it justice and location was perfect. Santa Maria Novella Square is a few minutes walk from the main station and the tram link to the airport is 1.50 euros.. couldn't be easier and is 10 mins walk from everything you may wish to visit and the restaurants and bars are reasonable with lovely food. We had a wonderful stay.

Estancia de 3 días (2 noches) el pasado fin de semana. Inmejorable situación, muy próximo a la estación de ffcc, y muy cerca de los principales sitios a visitar. La amabilidad en el trato y las ganas de ayudar por parte de todo el personal, es difícil de igualar. La habitación, grande y con buenas vistas a la plaza. El desayuno, abundante y de calidad. En resumen, MUY RECOMENDABLE.

Mi perro tiene una caseta más grande que mi habitación en este hotel. La ducha es un ataúd transparente donde no hay manera de enjuagarse con jabón ( entrar y salir de la ducha es una aventura que no olvidarás jamás sobre todo si no has bajado la tapa del retrete y metes el pie dentro al intentar salir). Intentamos cambiar la habitación pero según el responsable estaban llenos y no quedaba ninguna libre. Intentamos anular la reserva y buscar otro hotel pero el responsable nos dijo que teníamos que pagar todas las noches así que hoy dormimos en este pequeño agujero con un ataúd transparente en el baño, mañana…..

Hotel Rosso 23 appears to be part of the same hotel as Garibaldi Blu. When there was one entrance and check-in for both. The decor is lovely and renovated. The location is amazing (5 min walk from train station and right outside Santa Maria Novella). The city is small enough that you can walk anywhere from here.The room is small by USA standards, but it was renovated and clean so that was all that mattered since we didn't have time to do anything except sleep and shower in here. The size is the same as all hotels we stayed at in Europe. There's no real closet (the rack for the clothes is just in the room itself). There's a balcony but no view. The elevator is so TINY that I just took the stairs unless I was carrying heavy luggage.

Modern hotel but lacking a good WiFi connection. Rooms ample but basics forgotten. No hooks for coats and there was no chest of draws for smaller items. They supply bath robes but no hooks to hang it! Staff pleasant providing a good service. Breakfast good.

El Rosso es un buen hotel a un precio razonable con un hall impresionante, con una decoración muy moderna, lámparas góticas con techos altísimos. Me encanto un muñeco del superhéroe Batman a tamaño real y sus espejos gigantes redondos. El acceso al hotel es desde otro hotel de la misma cadena que está situado justamente al lado y están comunicados internamente. El desayuno es buenísimo y variado con buffet, el personal va uniformado y es educado. Las escaleras están enmoquetadas de rojo (rosso) es bonito está muy nuevo y limpio. La zona es perfecta, está muy bien ubicado, muy cerca de la estación de tren y en la preciosaplazade Santa Maria de Novella.La habitación de unos 100€/día es muy nueva, luminosa y con vistas aunque es pequeña. Tiene poco espacio para la ropa, solo un armario muy reducido y mesitas sin cajones. La cama está junto a la pared muy encajonada pero es confortable. El baño muy nuevo y limpio en perfecto funcionamiento con agua caliente...etc. Pero todo es muy pequeño, sobre todo la ducha. El azulejo es de silestone jaspeado de color azul muy bonito. Las vistas son bonitas a los tejados y azoteas. Es luminoso y muy tranquilo. La tasa de estancia en Florencia es obligatoria de 3,50€ persona/día y no está incluida en el coste de las reservas online. Algo a tener en cuenta a sumar al coste final. En resumen; perfecto para estancias cortas en este tipo de habitación doble. La verdad un lujo para un tres estrellas en Italia.

Nos ha gustado mucho este hotel, hemos pasado tres días en el y ha sido fantástico. La situación en Piazzale Novela es muy céntrica, a un paso de la estación de tren y bus al aeropuerto, además de a multitud de puntos de interés de la ciudad.La habitación es pequeña pero suficiente, limpia y bien equipada, con una cama cómoda. Por ponerle un solo pero decir que la ducha es realmente pequeña, muy muy incómoda, una persona grande no podrá ducharse.El personal del hotel, correcto, educado y dispuesto. El desayuno buffet muy completo y de calidad. Una decoración bonita y moderna, bien aislado de ruido y buena climatización.Muy recomendable

Ya habíamos estado en 2010. Ahora han ampliado el hotel con un nuevo edificio Hotel Blue. El desayuno genial hay más espacio. La ubicacióndel hotel es fantástica. Sóloun detalle a mejorar,nuestra habitación tenía un baño muy pequeño pero todo es cuestión de organizarse. 🙄

Amazing hotel. Completely renewed. All the details are amazing. On my review photos you can see a room, the reception, the restaurant, hallway, meeting room and more. Hotel is 100% clean and nice. Definitely a must when looking for a hotel in Firenze!!! I hope to come back in the near future. Excellent for friends, familyand couples.

The cleanliness of the rooms were great, breakfast was a help all though a bit of the same thing everyday. I did find the rooms to be very small for two people with baggage. The staff was helpful but only to a certain degree, if you need a cheaper place to stay with a clean but very small accommodation this is a good choice. 2 🌟 only because I was surprised about the room size, it would be great if they where more upfront about this because there are plenty of hotels around the area with the same price point.
