First time coming to Florida from Canada. Chose this place due to the low price. Overall had a good stay. No major issues, the only issue I noticed was that the rooms are a bit dated and the shower curtains could be replaced as they had some odors. The shower drains were a bit finnicky and wouldn't stay open when draining. Convenient location and friendly staff.

😠 Internet e instalação. Internet horrível, o tempo que eu fiquei hospedada lá, fiquei incomunicável, tinha que usar internet aberta das lojas e restaurantes para mandar mensagem. E como o hotel é antigo, as instalações e quarto são muito antigas.👍🏻 Custo benefício, localização e espaço. O hotel fica ao lado de um MC Donald's 24hs, o que deixa muito interessante, pois facilita em muitos momentos.

É um bom hotel, mas com certeza sofre com a idade e com a falta de manutençãoadequada. Já estivemos nele outras vezes e com certeza, dessa última vez a qualidade da estadia não foi das melhores. A limpeza dos quartos deixa muito a desejar, os banheiros são muito velhos e não tem janelas e/ou exaustores ativos, o que faz com que o quarto tenha um odor desagradável. A internet é péssima, não há mais reposição de café no quarto.O famoso “custo/benefício” já não é mais uma grande vantagem do Rosen Inn. Pra nós, foi a última vez.

Honesto. Tem muita estrutura em volta do hotel. Tem Microondas, um Frigobar e pia para fazer os lanchinhos. Tem banheira também. Tem restaurante internamente. Além disso, tem máquina de lavar que custa $7 por lavagem.

We stayed here for a trip to Universal Studios for spring break. All of the resort hotels were booked up so I landed here. The only place with an availability (should have known). The staff was extremely rude every day, over everything. They had no extra linens or blankets when we asked for an extra blanket. They told us the first shuttle of the day was at 7:30 to be waiting outside at 7:15 so we did. When we asked at 7:48 when the shuttle would be there, another staff member said the first shuttle doesn’t run until 7:45 at least. I am not typically a Karen that complains or leaves reviews in general, but this hotel and its staff have pretty much made this entire trip a disaster for many reasons other than the above mentioned. These are just some of the issues. Next time I wouldn’t even stay here if everything else was booked, we’d go to the beach instead.

Great hotel with friendly front desk staff. We arrived very early and were able to store our luggage until it was time for check in. We weren’t driving and after a long day at the parks we checked in and asked for a room close to the lobby as we were quite exhausted. The sweet front desk lady set us up in a room close by. Our room was actually very pleasant compared to other rooms I’ve stayed in the area. The beds are extremely comfortable and we were able to sleep all through the night. No noise issues, the bathroom was kept nicely and the bed sheets were clean with enough pillows. Very happy with my stay.

Location is great, on International Drive so do expect some noise. LOVE the green area: lots of grass on both sides of the pool. Was happy we had a room there and not in the flat/tower. Room is fine, all you need is available. Beds are comfortable. Coffeemaker and flatiron available.

Sempre que eu venho a Orlando, fico na rede Rosen Inn. Segunda vez nesta unidade, só tenho a elogiar. Os quartos são padrão americano, equipados, limpos e arrumados diariamente. O serviço de atendimento ao cliente é um show a parte e merece um elogio especial. A Gerente Cecília é um amor de pessoa, sempre disposta a ajudar! A localização é excelente. Não tenho do que reclamar. Prefiro pagar mais caro e ficar sempre neste hotel ou na rede Rosen Inn.

En general bien, el gimnasio es suficientemente completo, tiene 2 piscinas bastante grandes, una grocery store bien completa. El gran pero es el aseo de áreas comunes y de las habitaciones, no es que estén sucias, pero ví un par de cucarachas y hartos ácaros pequeños

Es un hotel económico, amplio, con piletas, jardines, amplio estacionamiento (gratis), las habitaciones están equipadas hasta con microondas, plancha, cafetera ( y café), heladera, dos camas enormes, sillón para descansar, etc. El baño está muy bien también. El hotel está rodeado de gran cantidad de lugares para comer y salir a pasear caminando, está a 7 minutos en auto de los parques de Universal. Un punto grande a favor de este lugar es la limpieza. Todos los días nos limpiaron la habitación sin importar la hora en que salíamos. Una pequeña cosita en contra es que si tu habitación está en el edificio 2 y da a la interestatal 4, se escucha mucho ruido del tráfico, sobre todo a la noche, aunque esto no sea culpa del hotel. Recomendadisimo.

Surprisingly affordable especially for the area. Room was cleaned well, but older and since it's pet friendly the old carpet is pretty smelly. I have a small child, which means a lot of playing on floors. Would prefer hard floors in hotels for better cleanability. It is still an excellent value for the area and gated security as well.

Real nice Hotel. Nice people at the check in desk. We stayed a week and had a great time. The hotel is very convenient and walking distance to alot of restaurants. Our housekeeper was super nice and really worked hard to make our stay pleasant. We will be back.

A more than adequate hotel that is close to Universal Orlando, and very close to ICON Park and restaurants. There is a bar at hotel with pool tables. Enjoy the trees and scenery walking from my room to the lobby/restaurants. While there is a bit of a smell as soon as you enter the room (or at least I smelled something), it goes away within seconds, and the decor of the room is interesting.

Com exceção do pequeno almoço que é fraco, se não vão cedo termina e não repõem, tem pouca variedade e repetido todos os dias, a estadia para o preço é boa. A melhorar o pequeno almoço para ser um dos melhores hotéis preço qualidade em Orlando para visita à Universal. Atenção ao Bus gratuito para a Universal, marquem com antecedência os lugares ou terão de ir por vossa conta pois esgota rápido.

Buena ubicación, para el precio que se paga no se puede pedir más tiene un area de piscina aceptable no creo que se pueda encontrar un mejor precio para la ubicación tiene 2 entradas las cuales son muy convenientes al momento de elegir una salida, está al lado de resultantes que si necesitas comer algo solo sales caminando. En comparación de la mayoría de los hoteles en Orlando que tienes que salir caminando para llegar a cualquier lugar este tiene una buena ubicación.

Olor mustio muy fuerte en la habitación. Nuestro voucher explicitaba que contratamos y pagamos una habitacion con desayuno ycuando fuimos a desayunar nos explicaron que el desayuno consistia de un cartón chico de jugo,una masita y una manzana de una heladera del mercadito del hotel en una mesita del lobby porque no nos permitieron la entrada al salón de desayuno a menos que pagaramos 14 dólares por persona por día aquí en el hotel, cuando en realidad ya lo teníamos pago.El servicio de shuttle es deplorabley no se puede hacer llamadas telefonicas fuera del área code del hotel ni de la habitación,ni de la recepción. Servicio de recepción muy pobre. Terrible estadía desde todo punto de vista.

Excelente hotel, possui guarita com segurança 24 horas, todos os carros usam um papel no retrovisor que indica o Período de estadia do hóspede, bom atendimento, eles cobram para receber pacotes grandes da Amazon e afins, quartos limpos diariamente, o café e pago a parte mas é bom, Wi-Fi bom, excelente localização, um dos melhores hotéis que já fiquei em Orlando, aos viajantes Brasileiros, podem arriscar que não vão se arrepender, essa é a quarta vez que fico hospedado e nunca tive problemas.

Hotel staff was excellent and got a great experience w front desk staff. Very nice and polite. Only reason I gave 3 was because we the rooms carpet was so filthy and had some mold smell or some kind of chemical smell. Hoping fhia review will get some management attention. We noticed ants crawling by the sink. We requested for room change and they did offer to change it but other room was little better in smell but had same dirty carpet. It was just too much work for us to move for one extra night w 2 kids and 4 luggage.Location wasperfect exterior had beautiful views and staff were super nice. Just need little more detail attention in housekeeping and may be clean carpet & vaccum properly. Fridge and microwave was nice. I do have lots of good things to say except housekeeping needs little more attention.
