a equipe é muito rude, mas isso acontece na maioria dos motéis administrados pelo e eu não estou sozinho quando digo isso os motéis são sujos e infestados de baratas quando alguém vai acordar e fazer algo sobre o desrespeito e o péssimo serviço desses motéis, gasto de 2.500 a 3.000 por mês em quartos de motel por mês, espero um serviço melhor

A única coisa que posso dizer sobre este motel não é nada bem não é verdade o preço o preço é bastante razoável e bastante decente, mas caramba, não pela maneira como os quartos parecem os quartos estão sujos, mas estão em reforma, então todos vão seja Travelodge agora, então espero que eles melhorem agora a pior parte de dizer que eu fico foi a recepção a pessoa da manhã foi rude não sorriu muito ocupado em seu telefone pessoal você não sabia ter uma pista sobre o que fazer e como fazer fazer minha minha transação eu ia dividir meu pagamento em dois ela não sabia e ela disse que eu vou chamar alguém para ajudar, então por que você está na mesa, então essa é a minha pior experiência com meu checkout, deveria ser rápido e fácil era lento e difícil para ela. A localização era perfeita, estávamos lá para uma graduação, então estávamos a minutos da Base da Força Aérea, havia uma loja de conveniência era perfeita, havia restaurantes na esquina, a localização é ótima.

The only thing I can say about this Motel is nothing well not true the price the price is pretty reasonable and pretty decent but geez not for the way the rooms look the rooms are dirty but they're under renovation so everybody they're going to be Travelodge now so hopefully they do improve now the worst part of saying I stay was the front desk the morning person was rude didn't smile too busy on her personal phone you didn't know have a clue on what to do and how to do my my transaction I was going to split my payment into two she didn't know so and she's like I'll get somebody to help then why are you at the desk so that's my worst experience with my checkout it's supposed to be fast and easy it was slow and difficult for her. The location was perfect we were there for a graduation so we were minutes away from the Air Force Base there was a convenience store was perfect there was restaurants around the corner the location is great.

Very nice rooms with oven ,sink, refrigerator and a nice size restroom ... Although staff is rather lazy and could do with aittle better cleaning of the rooms for the price they charge...but it's clean of bed bugs and roaches so it's better than most but the parking lot was really trashy and there is a lot of rift raft loitering consorting with staff members there so management really needs to step in and hold night shift accountable because it's a place of business not a place to have your Freinds hanging out after hours....

Lo reservé por la ubicación ya que me aparecía cerca de sea world y no conocía la seguridad de la zona,desafortunadamente laprimer noche nos toco UNA BALACERA en el estacionamiento del hotel!!Las autoridades llegaron muy rápido,nuestra habitación y auto quedaron acordonados dentro de la escena del crimen, nuestro auto no sufrió daños pero algunos otros si.si pueden verifiquen la seguridad de la zona antes de hacer su reserva , esa fue mi experiencia me deje llevar por la cercanía al parque.Otro dato: la limpieza del hotel no era del todo buena , las paredes del baño y las toallas tenían manchas.

Hotel nojento. Não há muito para escolher, já que todos os outros hotéis foram reservados, mas nós teríamos cancelado completamente a viagem se soubéssemos o quão ruim este hotel era. No primeiro quarto que fizemos o check-in, o ar-condicionado estava ridiculamente alto como se fosse quebrar e o quarto estava quente, a porta parecia ter sido consertada e malfeita. Chamamos a recepção e a senhora estava discutindo conosco sobre os vestiários, mas acabamos mudando de quarto. O segundo quarto, minha esposa grávida foi tomar banho e o banheiro tem mofo nele, fede como mofo e as toalhas estavam manchadas e desagradáveis. Nós ligamos para a recepção novamente e a pessoa da recepção estava sendo extremamente desrespeitosa e tentando nos dar uma bronca sobre não ser capaz de mudar de quarto. Minha esposa gerenciou um hotel antes. Eles finalmente disseram que o gerente iria verificar o quarto e depois de esperar por tanto tempo, ligamos novamente e muito rudemente novamente ela diz "ele está indo, ele está indo." Espero que quem está lendo isto verifique os comentários antes de reservar. Apenas tentando pagar adiante e ajudar alguém a evitar o desperdício de dinheiro e as dores de cabeça de lidar com este hotel e os funcionários. Infelizmente tem que dar pelo menos 1 estrela para deixar um comentário🙃

Disgusting hotel. Not much to choose from since all other hotels were booked but we would’ve completely cancelled the trip if we knew how bad this hotel was. First room we got checked in to, the AC was ridiculously loud like it was gonna break down and the room was hot, the door looked as if it was repaired and done so very poorly. We called front desk and the lady was arguing with us about changing rooms but we eventually got changed rooms. The second room, my pregnant wife went to go shower and the restroom has mold in it, it STINKS like mold and the towels were stained and nasty. We call front desk again and the front desk person was being extremely disrespectful and trying to give us the run around about not being able to change rooms. My wife managed a hotel before. They eventually said the manager was gonna come check the room and after waiting around for so long we call again and very rudely again she says “he’s going, he’s going.” Hopefully whoever’s reading this checks the comments before booking. Just trying to pay it forward and help someone else avoid the waste of money and the headaches of dealing with this hotel and the staff. Unfortunately have to give at least 1 star to leave a review🙃

El hotel esta ubicado sercas de un Denney so uno puede caminar al restaurante en minuto o menos. El cuarto estaba limpio pero la puerta del baño no ciera, no tiene candado. Los pizos estan mal cuidados no estan bien anivelados. Afuera en el estacionamiento hay in vehiculo que esta abandonado. El hambiente no es uno seguro no me quedaria aqui de Nuevo.

Primera y última vez 😡 servicio pésimo ... tratar de dormir un anoche fue horrible ya q al frente de mi habitación estaban bebiendo y gritando y después los de la habitación de arriba tuvieron toda la noche corriendo... Me queje varias veces y sólo me decía que mánager llegaba a las 10 am después dique a las 8 pm que me iban a dar un discount por lo sucedido ya q no había más habitaciones disponible ... El discount no lo obtuve ya q el mánager nunca dio cara 😡 y le dejo saber que tenga mucho cuidado ya que en cuarto de lavandería había un joven velando a ver alguien tomarle algo 😡
