Location Low water pressure, people smoking at all the entrances. No breakfast when we got to the lobby (9:00) was supposed to be available until 9:30. Pool was closed which was not advertised.

Location They lied about cleaning the room everyday. They said it was because I left the "do not disturb sign" which I did. I called the front desk they said they clean every 3 days! I chose this hotel for the fitnessroom, when I got there, they said it was closed

It was clean and the location Our car was stolen which we found out that theft at the hotel is common. Two cars were stolen that night. Car are broken into on a regular bases at this hotel. They need at least 5 to 6 more cameras in the parking lot.

Remodel done well. Friendly staff. No one wants to start the day hot and tired from carrying luggage to the car. Either there was a lack of carts or more likely hoarding. I couldn't find a cart for over an hour. Maybe a sign that says Please Return Carts ASAP? Didn't drive off happy.

The location. I was on a roadtrip a few days and had stayed at several other hotels prior to this visit. I traveled with clorox cleaning supplies,gloves, masks, disinfectant wipes and spray which i didn't think i would use in the shower to clean it b4 we used it!FILTHY

Room was spacious, clean, and was perfect for my family. Great location The outside of the hotel is kind of sketchy. Lots of people just being in the parking lots, drinking, smoking etc. never saw them go into the hotel.

Very easy to get to from the interstate, close to restaurants. The room was not clean, there was leftover food in the fridge when we checked in. There was hair on the wall in the shower and tub.

Conveniently located near stores, restaurants and other fun things. Hotel is clean good price for a cozy spot. Pretty quiet for the most part. Staff is friendly and accomadating. Stated for an extended period of time and was not dissatisfied at any point There was nothing that would deter me from staying there again. But the parking lot, only in the back, is pretty dirty, lots of trash everywhere. It's understandable because of the epidemic of homeless people in our small town.

The staff when we came in were absolutely great and very helpful. But the rooms were not very clean at all. Tge there was alkt of left over stuff from the previous people. Very quiet but towels were not very clean as well

Met family who also stayed there. Enjoyed the public spaces. Convenient location. The room's safety, privacy latch appeared to have been ripped off, perhaps several times. Holes there in door were bent with rough edges. Darkened areas of grout around tub appeared shabby and not clean.

The only thing convenient about this place is that it is near the actual park This is a horrible hotel. My family and I felt unsafe. There was people running down the hall at all hours of the morning. The cigarette smoke down my hall was atrocious. The room was dirty and smelly. The chair in the room was horribly stained.

The hotel and lobby were separate and we had to walk outside to get to the lobby. The 3rd floor smelled like cigarette smoke and ursine. When we checked in the room the TV and phone didn't work. A new room on the 2nd floor had thread bare carpet.
