Camera ampia e pulita e dotata di ogni confort. Nonostante il clima freddo di Puno la camera aveva una temperatura adeguata e coperte pesanti. Per i più freddolosi è presente una stufetta elettrica.
Buona colazione a buffet.Siccome dovevamo partecipare ad una escursione sul Titicaca, ci hanno permesso di fare colazione prima dell'orario.

Although we walked in a few hours in advance of our check in time they did hurry to get our room ready for us.
That really helped us rest after all these ours travelling.

Highly recommend this place that just minutes walk from the main square.
Really nice little hotel with very thoughtful touch such as reasonably priced snacks, there are coca tea available throughout the building to help you adjust to the altitude, and there are computers, books, sitting areas all over the building.
They provided two extra good quality quilt/ alpaca blanket.
A big thumbs up for their quality breakfast which starts from 6 am. It is really helpful for the day we had to take early day trips.
Got to say it’s quality service for the price we paid.

Great hotel, helpful employees. Our room was clean, spacious, comfortable, good WiFi, and actually had a bathtub! (Nearly all hotels in Peru are shower-only)
The breakfast buffet is quite good, big variety of fresh fruits as well as fresh juices, a few different types of breads, cheeses, sliced meat and cheese, cereals, yogurts, and they will make fresh scrambled or fried eggs for each guest.
The front desk helped us arrange a tour, and even let us store luggage there overnight as we had an opportunity to spend one night on an Uro (floating Island).
Highly recommend.

Great location, but the room was smelling badly and in March it was very cold even though we had a heater. But we got a second one from the friendly staff.

Super basic: towels old and grayed, run out of breakfast food and slow to replace if at all, don't clear tables after someone leaves so you're lucky to find a clean table. Our tour company chose this hotel & not us. Smells bad, not fresh & clean. Check in staff are friendly.
