We truly enjoyed our visit in Sunrise Romance Adults, starting from our arrival to the last milestone in our stay. This was the best hospitality we had ever treated. The staff were super nice, professional and well-organized. It was like a beehive, they were helping and supporting the guests each and every minute to enjoy every second during the stay. I highly recommend visiting Sunrise again and believe me it won't be the last time. Thanks you!

I am writing this review as I wait to check out. Overall my stay here was good. All down to the hard working and friendly people who run around the grounds to help and assist you. However, the layout of the hotel is just not to my liking. Over several levels it makes it difficult to get from one place to another specially the beach. The food is good but not gourmet. I put this down to the high number of people. With the all inclusive I guess it’s to be expected.
The only reason I stop short of giving it a higher score is down to the beach vendors trying to flog boat trips, which I booked and how I regret the experience. I warn you, its a scam! They show you amazing photos of a lovely boats with few people and amazing diving and snorkelling places but in reality; they will take you on an overcrowded boat, with hundreds of other people doing exactly the same thing. The diving and snorkelling is nothing but chaotic and the food onboard is terrible and rationed to feed the large number of people they packed on the boat, avoid the “Global Diving” Jetty! All boats leaving from there are overcrowded and heading for the same places. Once you reach the so called amazing place you feel so crowded with other people you can’t swim. The coral is destroyed and it really isn’t fun. After hours of chaos they serve a terrible lunch and, if you don’t drink Coca Cola and fizzy soft drinks like me , all you have is water, and God knows if it’s fresh as it’s in a very dirty container but since the only option was this I went for it. The so called amazing stop island , is a smelly and dirty place where cats defecate and bury it in the sand where they put these loungers for arriving groups of people to relax. You pay for the toilet, inflated beer, water and other drinks’ prices are horrendous. And finally they bring you back to the jetty at 6 pm and your transport back to the hotel is nowhere to be seen… So if you book this, be warn you will hate it.
If the hotel is not related to these people they should not allow them to approach its customers on its grounds with misleading brochures and scam people as it’s the hotels reputation here.
That said, I’d say the hotel is good enough for
a few days but I wouldn’t come back to this region again! And certainly do not recommend the tours on offer…

Would be here for 2 weeks. Clean 5 star hotel, very quiet with a large clean private beach. Food was varied and of high quality. Beach bar was great, 24-hour hotel bar was great. Staff was consistently friendly and helpful. Check-in easy and quick. If there are any problem, someone is immediately there to take care of everything. In my experience, this hotel definitely deserves its 5 stars. 100% recommendation

Can't fault this place at all, the hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very impressive for the price. Clean, safe, the staff are absolutely lovely and the service is excellent. The beach and reef are full of life and it's so easy to relax here, even the beach sellers are not too pushy and we were never once asked for a tip by the staff, so we chose to on a few occasions but it was our choice. They catered for my gluten free vegan diet, although I had a few near misses. The food and drinks were tasty, very varied and the entertainment was just right for the demographic staying there - honeymooners, adults over 25, older people etc. I would highly recommend Sunrise Romance Sahl Hasheesh!
