Which was half heartedly apologised for upon check out. Would never return!!

Não fique aqui, você é uma van / carro certamente será arrombado. 10 fez na noite em que ficamos lá e o pessoal da recepção não deu a mínima, poderia ser um trabalho interno, já que não deixa você olhar para a cctv. Fique claro

Do not stay here you’re van/car will most certainly get broken into. 10 did on the night we stayed there and the people on reception could not give a toss, could be an inside job as don’t let you look at cctv. Stay clear

Tienen un desayuno muy contundente (£ 10.50 por persona): buffet inglés y continental. En general, no nos podemos quejar. También está a solo 5 minutos de las tiendas junto al lago.

Tools stolen from van, at night on their premises, 9 workers vans broken into in a week at this place! They won’t show us or release cctv and thus police won’t do anything because of this!! They don’t seem to care.. would not surprise me if its a backhander job…Beware!

For £35 for 1 night (no breakfast), I cannot complain. It is a standard Premier Inn, no frills. The rooms are clean and have nice decor, and have amazing beds - we had a great nights sleep!
There is a restaurant in the hotel which is lovely, there are a wide range of things, it's similar to a harvester or hungry horse. They have a very conclusive breakfast (£10.50pp) - English and continental buffet.
Overall we can't fault it. Its also only 5 mins from lakeside shopping.

Pessoal educado da frente da casa, mas muito básico. Infelizmente, o edredom sujo na chegada, o WiFi é lento e ruim / sem conexão. O café da manhã é bom, um café da manhã inglês de bom padrão, mas o vegetariano deve ser solicitado. Não há serviço de quarto disponível, mas eles permitem que você leve para o seu quarto. Os garçons são tão simpáticos quanto os funcionários da casa, mas o gerente do restaurante não é muito amigável com educação ou assistência. Estacionamento gratuito também, e não muito longe da principal área comercial.

Personal educado de la recepción, pero muy básico. Desafortunadamente, edredón sucio a la llegada, WiFi es lento y pobre / no hay conexión. El desayuno está bien, un buen desayuno inglés estándar, pero hay que pedir comida vegetariana. No hay servicio de habitaciones disponible, pero te permiten llevarlo a tu habitación. Los camareros son tan amables como el personal de la recepción, pero el gerente del restaurante no es muy amable con la cortesía ni la ayuda. Aparcamiento gratuito también, y no muy lejos de la principal zona comercial.

Polite front house staff, but very basic. Unfortunately, soiled duvet upon arrival, WiFi is slow and poor/no connection.
Breakfast is fine, a good standard English breakfast, but vegetarian has to be requested. No room service available, but they allow you to carry to your room. The waiters are just as nice as the front house staff, but the restaurant manager is not very forthcoming with politeness, or assistance.
Free parking too, and not far from main shopping area.

Hospedado aqui para 2 noites como reservado por meu empregador, muito noisy para realmente dormir, como eles construir esses hotéis próximo a movimentada autoestrada entroncamento e não adequadamente prova de som está além de mim. Eu ainda poderia aqui o tráfego com tampões de ouvido e com as janelas fechadas!Teria sido 1 estrela, mas o ac no quarto era bem-vindo, pois era 30c do lado de fora e café da manhã era bom.

Me alojé aquí por 2 noches según lo reservado por mi empleador, simplemente demasiado ruidoso para dormir, ¿cómo construyen estos hoteles cerca de los cruces de autopistas concurridos y no están adecuadamente insonorizados? ¡Todavía podría aquí el tráfico con tapones para los oídos y con las ventanas cerradas!Habría sido una estrella, pero el aire acondicionado de la habitación era bienvenido, ya que era 30c afuera y el desayuno era bueno.

Stayed here for 2 nights as booked by my employer, just too noisy to actually get any sleep, how do they build these hotels close to busy motorway junctions and not adequately sound proof them is beyond me. I could still here the traffic with ear plugs in and with the windows closed!
It would have been 1 star but the ac in the room was welcome as it was 30c outside and the breakfast was good.

Everyone has been brilliant but the young girl in the restaurant with long dark hair in a pony tail (didn't get her name) was excellent. She has been polite, helpful and informative and has made the meal such a pleasure. We would definitely come back again

Decent premier inn good location. Restaurant is busy. If you know your arrival time worth booking restaurant to avoid long wait for food...nothing worse than landing after long drive and you have to wait hours for food.

It's a Premier Inn. If you've stayed in one before you know exactly what to expect. The parking was ample - despite a late arrival we found a space without too much problem. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. En-suite toilet/bath/shower had plenty of hot water and the towels were soft and fluffy. Despite being conveniently located close to a major road traffic noise wasn't a problem in our top-floor room that faced the carriageway. 24 hour on-site staff made check-in/out easy. We didn't use the on-site restaurant/bar but it looked quite busy on the Saturday night. Would stay again.

We stayed at premier inn west Thurrock and it was lovely! The beds were comfy & the staff were so polite and extra special massive thank you to the hotel for delivering an extra suprise for my partner on his birthday for putting balloons and banners and things up! Really love this hotel and I would definitely go again! I can’t express how much we appreciate it!
