The adventure playground of the North Island. Whether it is Mt Ruapehu with Whakapapa or Turoa Ski Areas in the winter or the Tongariro Alpine Crossing mountain biking tracks or Whanganui River in the summer Plateau Lodge is the perfect place to base yourself from with all of the modern comforts. Tranport to the Tongariro National Park is $30 per person return with 7am & 8am departures
