Venice's Lido is a 12-km-long island, which divides the Venetian Lagoon from the sea. It connects the San Nicolò and Malamocco ports, and the island is reachable only by boat and ferry-boat. Lido is one of the few Venetian Lagoon islands with roads for vehicles. There is a bus stop just 2 minutes' walk from the beach hotel, and the train station is in the city centre, which is around 4 km away. Marco Polo International Airport is roughly 12 km from the hotel and Treviso Airport about 40 km away. The residence rises from a modern-looking building with facades made of travertine marble.
