Museu Picasso and Museu Textil are just 100 meters away from the apartments. The building has a lift. The apartment has a wonderful view over Santa Maria del Mar church. This studio lofts can accommodate up to 4 people in 1 double bed and in 1 double (or single) sofa bed. All of them have a complete bathroom with shower and a totally equipped open range kitchen. The Atic on the top of the building has its own terrace and there is only a double sofa to sleep.
