Infelizmente fui obrigado a ficar a primeira noite por causa do horário, mas assim que a luz acendeu eu fugi de lá, não me importei em entregar o pagamento da segunda noite já paga. O lugar é muito sombrio tanto por fora quanto por dentro e a limpeza é terrível.

Nice colaborou com o proprietário. Tentei reservar para uma data de 18 de março, mas erroneamente foi escolhido 1 mês depois. eu já havia pago o valor total. foi claramente mencionado no site (booking.com) que não é reembolsável. mas o proprietário do hotel me ajudou a reembolsar meu dinheiro na minha conta, finalmente recebi meu dinheiro de volta.

Excelente localização, bem no coração de Barcelona e preços baixos. Quartos e serviços muito modestos, adequados para quem só precisa de dormir e não é muito exigente.

Nice cooperated from the owner.i was try to book for a date 18 March but mistakenly it has been chosen 1 month later date . i had already paid full amount.it was clearly mentioned on the (booking.com) website that the is non refundable.but the owner of the hotel helped me to refund my money to my account finally i got my money back.

Encomendei através da reserva, depois de uma semana infelizmente tenho que cancelar por motivos pessoais, que foi 1 mês antes da reserva, e depois de 2 semanas eu cancelei e ainda não recebi nenhum dinheiro de volta, não gente boa, eu faria gosto de dizer não a essas pessoas Melhor reservar em outro lugar

Muito boa localização a um passo da Praça Catalunia e Rambla. Quarto e banheiro pequenos, limpos, básicos, mas suficientes para um viajante, certamente não para pessoas exigentes. Existem produtos básicos de limpeza - sabonete líquido e toalhas, lençóis limpos, água morna.

Hotel de baixo custo muito bom, difícil de achar mais barato, o responsável pelo local Dani é muito simpático e sempre pronto para ajudar ou preocupado com o seu conforto. Claro que o hotel está degradado, mas o serviço é bom e é limpo, então para o preço que faz você 5 estrelas.

La habitación bastante descuidada, con cucarachas apareciendo de vez en cuando, en caso de emergencia femenina se nos ha llegado a cobrar 10€ por un cambio de sábanas que teníamos que hacer nosotros para nuestra desagradable sorpresa de que los colchones no tienen funda, incluso no tienen disponible la hoja de reclamaciones en recepción. Evitad alojaros aquí a no ser que no tengáis otra opción que dormir en la calle

Pésimo.. en las fotos de internet muestran unas fotos súper geniales pero al llegar te encuentras con algo totalmente diferente.. Las escaleras .. las habitaciones .. los baños.. la limpieza.. pésimo sitio.. tuve que pedir la devolución del dinero e irme a otro sitio , ( solo estuve 17 minutos ) sin mencionar que la habitación tenía un olor a marihuana tenaz! Si estoy más tiempo de lo previsto quizás salgo en una nube volando.

Very well located. It's a really good choice if you travel by foot. Cleanliness is not so bad. There's no elevator and its at 2nd floor. If you have luggages to carry, they don't help and stairs are a little dangerous for someone with luggage. Security is not good, rooms' keys are old type.

After waching the room, I decided to move to other HOTEL and gave up a refund. No need to blame this pension. It's just a wrong choice. Do not stay in summer because there is no air conditioner. You have to bear noise and odd smell detained through history. If you want to experience a prison, dare to feel it.

I feel terrible, but this place may only be a half star hotel. The only saving grace is that the area it is in is really excellent. The staff were pleasant and would always greet you and it is staffed 24 hours. Very dingy,but the staff have kept it clean as best they can.If you're just after a place to sleep, and a shower it is just bareable. I woke up with bites on me,not many but itchy. There's only a bottom sheet and one top sheet available and one blanket in the cupboard. (it's too hot in the room for anything more than a sheet) but there's no mattress protector. The staff did come in of a morning and straighten the sheets. We were only given a fan on our last night. But the thought counts.When we got there,there was poop on the staircase,and it smells solidly like urine in the main stairwell and the walls are covered in graffiti.Its a cheaper hotel,which is fine,just don't be too taken aback when you first walk in as the photos online do not match the rooms. If you're after a stay for a night or two and aren't picky then it's a good find. But if you're after something pleasant I'd look elsewhere.

The location was amazing. But, the picture advertised is not representative of the room. There are about 4 flights of stairs leading to the hostel but no sign telling us this so was very confused. There are also no lifts. The stairs leading to the hostel were very dark, and looked far from welcoming, there was a dead cockroach and the smell was not great. We were greeted by someone who had us complete a few forms, paid and then shown to the room. The room was okay, it was clean, we had a private bathroom which was very small but again clean, and the room did have a fan, an essential this time of year. The view from my window was dark walls which was the inner side of the building. No air could come to our room so the fan was blowing warm air around which made some nights unbearable. The staff did clean our towel once, make the bed everyday and changed our bin once which we were promised would be every day. If you are looking for somewhere really cheap to stay then this is okay, but honestly, I would prefer to put some extra money elsewhere. If we had not of paid upon arrival I probably would have moved, just for comfort and a good night sleep. I did not hear noise like some reviews stated.

After reading the previous reviews, we were worried about what to expect. Upon entry, the staff were nothing but joyful and greeted us; and their attitudes continued to reflect this upon our stay. The rooms were spacious and had no issues with our shower or water. The location was perfect!

Traditional Spanish hostel right in the center of the city, easy to find with helpful staff. Quadruple bedroom with a balcony gave authentic feeling plus clean and tidy. No major problems and midday checkout very welcomed, 10/10
