Foi uma boa experiência (quarto 205), eu fiquei com minha esposa, o final de Abril de 2017. o quarto parecia muito bom, eu diria que era novo. Limpeza diária incluída. O ruim foi o café da manhã incluído, é muito mesquinho, menos do que básico (café, frutas, pães recheados e doces) você tem que ir para a recepção para servi-lo e voltar a comer no quarto, desde que eles não têm uma sala de jantar, que é desconfortável e não permite tomar mais café ou pãezinhos, suponho ainda mais se estiver longe da recepção.

* UPDATE * Permaneceu novamente na segunda semana de 03-'18 e na última semana de 01-'18 com os mesmos resultados positivos, sala limpa com filtros de unidade de HVAC impecável. Estou tão confortável ficar lá que eu já reservei com antecedência para a próxima viagem. É feito um serviço diário, então não se esqueça de deixar uma boa gratidão.Uau !. Quarto foi recentemente renovado com cerâmica real, sanitários de alta eficiência, nova pintura a condizer, áreas comuns são limpos e arrumado com mais melhorias em curso, unidade de HVAC e filtros foram limpos no quarto que eu fiquei. Estacionamento e instalações bem iluminadas. Muito tranquilo no tempo da estadia de quarta a sexta. O Wal-Mart fica ao lado, o Fiesta Supermarket não fica muito longe, a uma curta distância, onde eles têm refeições quentes baratas e deliciosas. Funcionários simpáticos e rápido chech in / out através da Expedia ou com a sua própria reserva. Os quartos do hotel são exatamente iguais aos das fotos promocionais. Apenas Reclamação I primeiro estadia foi banheiro extractor ventilador foi surgiu em torno adornos e alguns limpeza necessário para ser feito entre colchão e box e carpete.

Passando por Houston, decidimos arrumar um quarto para a noite. Enquanto nos preparávamos para deitar, percebemos que havia algo na fronha e percebemos que era um inseto, então puxamos as cobertas para trás e olhamos nas costuras do colchão para descobrir que estava infestado de percevejos. Fomos ao escritório e contamos ao gerente, ele disse que não era possível e disse que estávamos mentindo e ele se recusou a ir à sala para ver o que vimos. Ele estava sendo muito rude e recusou um reembolso, ele disse que se não quiséssemos ficar para outro lugar. É claro que partimos. Agora temos que jogar fora nossa bagagem e rezar para que não tragamos uma para casa.

Passing through Houston we decided to get a room for the night. As we prepared to lay down we noticed there was something on the pillow case and realized it was a bug, so we pulled the covers back and looked in the seams of the mattress to find that it was infested with bed bugs. We went to the office and told the manager and he said that was not possible and said we were lying and he refused to go to the room to see what we saw. He was being very rude and refused a refund, he said if we didn’t want to stay to go somewhere else. We of course left. Now we have to throw our luggage out and pray we don’t bring one back home.

My son and i rented a room that was very expensive, we were very tired after traveling back all the way from mexico for year after attending school there, so i went ahead and paid for the room because i didnt want to go look for another...
We were so tired i could barely keep my eyes open but we cleaned up and laid down... My son was complaining he was very hungry but had just gotten out of the shower and did not want to go get food.... He is 11 yrs old and not a little boy...
All of our belongings were loaded in my car, so a friend helped drive me to the near by kack n the box to get food when i returned, my son had fallen asleep and the key card was on the desk...
I went down to ask the clerk if i could get another... He told me no because i left my baby in the room and he was going to call the cops...
At first i tried very nicely to explain to him my son was not a baby. He was 11 yrs old and a big kid... He told me no one could be left in the rooms alone under 18 yrs... Another lady noticed i was upset and asked what was going on... She told the guy he was being rediculous and she couldnt understand why he was refusing to let me into my room...
We were so hungry and so tired and had already been through enough struggles and hardships... I dont understand why customer service and caring about others and trying to helpful and empathetic towards others is no longer a priority of many businesses. I worked as a manager of a very reputable company for many years and i can not begin to understand how some companies train and allow management and staff to feel like the customers are the enemy and must not be trusted...
I nearly had a heart attack... As a single mother with my child 24/7 we are raising children in a world were others are a threat and i cant walk out of a room and leave my sons sight for even 15 min at any age...
The notion is that this man deliberately went outvif his way to make paying customers uncomfortable was terrible... At first i thought he was concerned because my son is very small for his age so i was very patient despite his very aggressive comments, and i assured him my son was very old to be worried about me walking out of the room... We were very tired and hungry and had a hard day...
But it became very clear this mans aggression was problematic and not out of a concern but rather an unhealthy and cruel interest in confrontation... His communication and manners are disrespectful towards others... Im not an uneasy person to communicate with... I promise you i am a kind and understanding person with a willingness to comply and resolve situations in a reasonable manner...
This man enjoyed trying to stirr an emotional reaction out of me and was very motivated to provoke and increase my distress... Even with my expressions of understanding, he was very aggressive and it was concerning and unhealthy that his goal was to upset me without resolution...
This will continue with further customer incidents...
Staff needs to be trained to treat customers with sensitivity and manners... It seems to me like theyre being trained with notions in mind that portray customers as negative and perhaps this is why aggressiveness and coldness is their demeanor with those who give them their time and buisness...
Saying thank you and smiling and being inviting is warmth and freindliness that reflects on a place more than anything...
None of the staff here ever smiled or said thank you once... After paying for my room... I never got a smile or a thank u... They never gave further instructions... They gave me a reciept and card and said nothing...
It just feels so cold and so unfriendly it really hurts...
What an awful experience... I just wish it would change and people these days would learn to be more polite, more caring, and have more manners... Just terrible

*UPDATE* Stayed again on the 2nd week of 03-'18 and the last week of 01-'18 with same positive results, clean room with HVAC unit filters spotless. I'm so comfortable staying there that I already booked it in advance for soon upcoming trip. Is a dayli housekeeping done, so DON'T FORGET TO LEAVE A PROPER GRATUITY.Wow!. Room was recently renovated with real ceramic, high efficiency toilets, fresh new matching paint, common areas are clean and neat with more improvements going on, HVAC unit and filters were clean in room I stayed in. Parking lot and premises well lit. Pretty quiet at time of stay Wed to Fri. Wal-Mart is next door, Fiesta Supermarket not too far away, within a walking distance, where they have inexpensive and delicious hot meals. Friendly staff and fast chech in/out through Expedia or with your own reservation. Hotel rooms look exactly the same as in the promotional pics. Only complaint I had first stay was restroom extractor fan was awful loud and some cleaning needed to be done between mattress and box frame and carpet.

Fue una buena experiencia (habitación 205), me hospede con mi esposa, finales de abril 2017. la habitación lucia muy bien diría que estaba nueva. Limpieza diaria incluida. Lo malo fue el desayuno incluido, es muy tacaño, menos que básico (café, fruta, panecitos rellenos y dulces) hay que ir hasta la recepción a servirlo y regresar a comerlo a la habitación,ya que no tienen comedor, lo cual es incomodo y no permite tomar mas café o panecillos, supongo aun mas si esta alejado de la recepción.
