They need an accountant badly. Got double charged for 2 days and wasn't physically there. At 10 pm every night they try charging everyone twice. Im a manager for another hotel chain and I just Don t see the customer service and nobody should be treated like that. Glad the officer help me because I wouldn't got my receipts. Spent so much money throughout the years to be treated with such disrespect. I Don t treat my guest or team with disrespect.
