Quarto barulhento e virado para área de cargas. Às 21:30 havia um caminhão de lixo fazendo barulho a ponto de incomodar de dentro do apartamento com as janelas fechadas.Notificamos o hotel que disse que basicamente disse que os quartos comuns são assim mesmo, e se quiséssemos por "meros" 30 dólares por dia poderíamos trocar para um que não tivesse barulho.

The only five-star aspect of it is its great location right on Orchard Road.The one unexpectedly great thing about the room is the bed - enormous! And really comfortable! Probably the best hotel bed ever. But, apart from this, the room is mediocre: cramped bedroom and scratched fittings in the bathroom. And the cursory cleaning just isn't good enough.

Check in was smooth. staff was friendly, helpful and explains clearly in regards to all restrictions. Parking was free for in house guest. the rooms were cleaned everyday. My Family and I had the best 4 nights stay. We will definitely book our stay there again. Thank you Orchard hotel and staff for the great service and making my son's first birthday a memorable one.

Orchard Hotel is a hidden gem that deserves bigger recognition. My parter and I sincerely thank the service crew, especially Haze and Kevin for excellent work. Haze has been amazing answering my calls and helping us.Hua ting restaurant was excellent. The food was fresh, and everyone sing praises about the food. It is definitely a Michelin star restaurant. Thanks chef and all the waitress who helped us.The orchard hotel wedding package has awesome ballroom decor, wonderful fresh food, free flow beer and a wicked bridal suite. Breakfast next morning with buttery good scrambled eggs was mouth watering too.I very much recommend orchard hotel.

A well spent Honeymoon - two days back! The premier room was comfortable & spacious, its bathroom was well maintained and clean. Special spotlight for Ms Claudia - very polite & welcoming. She assisted us with the check ins and always greeted us with a warm smile whenever we coincide. I'm more than happy to staycay again. Oh and thank you Orchard Hotel team - for the sweet honeymoon wish & yummy chocolate cake! ❤

Stayed for a 12-hour daycation as needed to work away from home. Wifi was great so no problem connecting to get work done. My girl had to come with me and she enjoyed sleeping the rest of the morning coz bed was comfy.

I had a pleasant stay. Thank you to the room preparation team who prepared the cake and wine for my friend's birthday prior to our arrival.Joey and Amanda at front desk were also helpful on handling my check-ins and my requests.Housekeeping lady, Lily was very thorough and attentive in her cleaning.Orchard Cafe staff, Linda and Johnny were also great in their service during breakfast.The bathroom could have been better though, if the lights can be dimmed.Overall a very pleasant stay.

Did my quarantine there. Personal very nice. Call centre team so kind and answering call immediately. Food provided by hotel so nice , hot and fresh. Check in and check out so fast as per time. Satisfied 😌

Estuvimos buscando muchisimo un hotel bueno y seguro pues la oferta es muy alta al igual que los precios. Este es el mejor y no es muy conocido pues no estaba nada lleno. Es una opcion muy buena en el rango de precios

Muy buena ubicación. Lástima que están remodelando el desayunador y sirven el desayuno en el primer piso en salones de conferencias. A minutos de las torres gemelas y con variado acceso al transporte público de KUL.

Hotel algo viejo. Buena atención. La habitación tenía algo de olor. El desayuno podría ser mejor. Y la zona, aunque linda, no es la que recomendaría luego de estar en Singapur. La zona de Chinatown o el centro son mejores, más cerca del subte.
