The staff genuinely care about the guests.
I have stayed in the hotel many times in last 4 years, but this stay was extended to 4 weeks and so I had much more interaction with staff than on quick trips.
Being a stranger in town, the morning breakfast in Horizon was always happy for me as every staff member wore a big smile and treated me with the epitome of courtesy.
These “front line” personnel at the hotel in every department from front reception, to the pool, to the Belgium Beer Cafe are a healthy reflection of the senior management and the HR recruitment skills.
Well done to everyone for personalising my experience and I look forward to my next visit.

Everything about this hotel was superb!
Very Accommodating staff, Beautiful room with fantastic view of the city, Near to airport, accessible to travel by bus or taxi. Food is great! Excellent service.

A wonderful hotel with beautiful ambiance, a very spacious rooms with beautiful view and good room service and i appreciate them. Breakfast is good and services given by the staffs especially Rose and Yolinda feels hospitality environment. Back of the hotel we have beautiful place to relax beside the water canal and a birds sound feels very pleasant. A good hotel i recommend to all my friends and family.
