Stayed in December 2023. Our first experience at a Sercotel. The room was very clean and specious, beds are comfy, more than enough for an overnight stay. 25 minute drive to central Barcelona.
The restaurant had a lovely breakfast and coffee was good. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate to stay here again or try another Sercotel in the future.

Thirdly, the hotel is clean, although old
Things were arranged neatly
Even essentials were kept in the bathroom (including feminine hygiene kits such as sanitary pads, tampoon, and liners)

The receptionist was so respectful and kind. He booked our taxi for the next morning and the taxi was waiting for us as early as 6 am
It was a very good short stay in Barcelona

Wonderful stay. Staff is very welcoming and helpful room was most comfortable and enticing for a quiet stay. They have a breakfast buffet with real food not bread and it was delicious o was able to get a nice crib for my baby no charge I highly recommend this place also near to airport price is reasonable for all amenities including free gym

This was our first experience at a Sercotel. The room was very nice. Not large but plenty of what was needed for an overnight stay. I was able to practice yoga in the morning. A plus. The restaurant had a lovely brunch. Coffee was good. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Off the beaten path for sure, but found a couple of really good restaurants within walking distance. We would not hesitate to stay here or try another Sercotel in the future.

Generally good value for price. However, I had an overnight flight transfer and my budget didn't take into account 27€ each way for the taxi! Reception staff were great, room standard was high quality, although lighting and bathroom ventilation not ideal, but nothing that would put me off coming back or recommending this hotel.

Achei um hotel excelente Quarto muito grande e silencioso, tudo muito limpo e cheiroso. Superou muito as minhas expectativas. Pena ser muito longe do centro de Barcelona, mas há autobus na porta, isso não é problema.

La estancia fue muy bien. Conozco sus hoteles, porque viajo con frecuencia por trabajo y es una de las cadenas que siempre miro antes de reservar habitación. Muy buenos y muy amable todo el personal. La única pega del hotel es que el gimnasio tiene muy pocas pesas. Por lo demás, todo bien.

Habitaciones muy cómodas y modernas. Hacía mucho q no veía una tele de 40" en un hotel. Cama y almohadas muy confortable. Un poco menos de ruido del servicio de limpieza y sería perfecto. Igual entiendo que están haciendo su trabajo. Gracias

Was perfectly ok Hotel, bathroom did not look clean. Was terrible to try to sleep here, air conditioning did not work and the heat was damp in the room… thought hotel was meant to sleep. Service was not good. Do not recommend this hotel unfortunately. 🏨

While not located in the heart of Barcelona, this is a great affordable option for those willing to commute or take a taxi into the city. Despite being in an industrial area once you're inside you can't tell. I was able to get a good night's rest and found myself falling asleep as soon as I hit the bed. For those traveling from the US you'll want to make sure you pack an adapter for your devices. If you happen to forget there's a convenient vending machine in the lobby that included gadgets (including an adaptor) at reasonable prices. My group also had breakfast at the hotel each day, which included assorted pastries, meats, cheeses, fresh fruit, and juice. It was a great way to start each day and the offerings were delicious. While I was initially skeptical about staying outside the city I was pleasantly surprised with how great the hotel was.

No puedo creer que el hotel es de 3* porque le doy 4*. Check-in rápido, habitación moderna y amplia, cama muy cómoda y alta, sábanas suaves, desayuno bueno (huevos,tortilla, verduras, bolleria, pastelería,frutas, gofres y creps, zumos naturales). Hay gimnasio, aparcamiento gratis durante el día pero si lo dejas por la noche 10 Eur. No hace falta pagar porque hay un montón de sitios libres alrededor. Para quedarse una noche o dos cerca del aeropuerto - está muy buena la opción. Me gustó las recepcionistas, hemos perdido nuestro viaje y el chico de recepción nos recomendó los sitios en Costa Brava. Era vacaciones fenomenales. También, esta disponible la plancha y nos dejaron quedarnos en la habitación hasta las 14:00 (muchas gracias para no estar esperando en el aeropuerto!!). Quité una estrella por falta de insonorización en habitaciones. Hemos despertado a las 8:00 por la limpieza en otros habitaciones y se oye todo el ruido cuando hacen la limpieza. Tampoco me gustó una señora de limpieza, tocó en la puerta varias veces después que hemos dicho que está ocupado. Pero creo que es por falta de comunicación entre los departamentos. Hay que mejorarlo. Porque finalmente apareció como hemos prolongado nuestra habitación,estamos descansando y nos tocan a puerta cada 30 minutos... El resto está súper bien, bien hecho el equipo de NH San boi! P.S. faltó enchufe por otro lado de la cama

Muy bien el hotel. Todo muy limpio,desayuno abundante. Aceptan mascotas y en la habitación lo encuentras todo preparado. el colchón para dormir y lo necesario para comer y beber. Volveré seguro. Totalmente recomendable.

Our rooms were tied up all the time. Maybe the biggest problem is the location but there are bus station around the corner. Wardrobes were a little bit dusty.

Apart from the location, a perfect hotel. Clean, nice, well equipped. The hotel restaurant serves good food. The waiter was exceptionally nice, he chose perfect wine for me. And the breakfast was superb!

Me encanto mucho. Se encuentra en un polígono muy concurrido y parking propio .Mi marido desplazado por trabajo unos días sé hospedo en este hotel ,Yo lo visito tres días ,un hotel limpio agradable , buen olor y tranquilo en los días que pude estar.Le doy cinco estrella por que su desayuno buffet impecable , para mi un desayuno rico es primordial y sin lugar a dudas es maravilloso, todo rico y muy variado.Trato del personal super y las chicas limpieza muy respetuosas y hacen su trabajo muy bien , mil gracias.Habitaciones grandes con cama dobles muy cómodas y todo lo esencial para estar bien.tv grande.Jabón de manos con un olor rico y toallas impecables, secador grande.Lo recomiendo mil gracias.

Soy celiaca (entre otras cosas) y me han atendido muy buen. Muy atentos conmigo y ayudando y colaborando sin hacerme sentir un bicho raro, sino todo lo contrario. Así que no puedo más que estar agradecida. El personal muy amable, super atento y las habitaciones, de lujo.

Estuve alojado dos noches por trabajo y repetiré en breve por lo mismo ya que a mi estancia no lo pude poner ninguna pega. El personal es muy agradable y las instalaciones son más que correctas para el precio que cuesta. El desayuno también es correcto, sin florituras, pero más económico de lo habitual en hoteles.

Not the quality we expected. No views from the window, no balcony. You have to pay for the pool. Parking is a disaster, very hard to reach because its so narrow. I drove a Peugeot 3008, not the biggest of cars. I used a lot of sweat to get it scratch less out from -2 on a very narrow and steep drive way with no automatic transmission 😅 Street in front is busy and has an impersonal feel. Positive are the view from the balcony and the friendly lady that runned the breakfast. And there is a 24 hr nightshop near by which is cool.

The room was big but a bit old and deteriorated. The hotel was under construction and there was a huge noise that was unbearable. Without any hesitation they changed my room to another part of the Hotel the the noise could not be heard. The receptionist was very helpful and nice. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was also very good. The parking for 10€/day was very pricey for an outside parking. The location is very convenience to travellers because of the proximity to the airport.

The NH Sant Boi is a perfectly adequate hotel if you don't want to watch a cable TV channel.The rooms are clean, spacious and well kept.The hotel is a bit isolated unless you have a car, and if you do have a car then the parking can be quite tight due to the arrangement of the parking lot.The Covid-19 adjusted restaurant supplied a decent breakfast.My main gripe is with the TV. It was advertised as having international TV channels like BBC etc but because of the poor quality of signal no program could be watched. This wasn't a one time thing because we were in the same hotel in Feb 2020 and had exactly the same problem.It's a good hotel but bring your own entertainment / news.
