Excellent hotel! Price quality was great. Room was clean, spacious and lots of amenities. Breakfast was also excellent. We had more than we would've expect. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. This was one of the best accomodations I ever had. Highly recommended!

Reception Staff for Thursday night was extremely helpful, and Friday morning staff was very friendly and helpful as well. Breakfast has a lot of good choices and staff are nice; overall staff are nice and helpful. I will definitely stay here when I am in Barcelona.

A very peaceful and welcoming environment where to stay :) the hotel is very well connected to the city center, even though it still takes about an hour to reach central Barcelona.
This is the only thing I would think about before booking the hotel, but the staying was really nice for me so I’d definitely recommend it

I was disappointed in this hotel. Even though, the morning receptionist with the short hair and glasses was amazing. She was super friendly and accomodating, she spoke great English and the location was great distance from the airport. However, my room wasn't as clean as it should have been especially with so many things going around. There was hair on the floor, boogers under the shelf and the tub looked half clean. The sauna was off limits, no microwave in the room and it was super loud from people in a surrounding room. The night male receptionist was unnecessarily rude. It was super hot even with the AC turned all the way up. I will plan better for a different hotel next time.

Un hotel recomendable. Muy buena atención, el desayuno muy bueno y bien organizado y las habitaciones confortables y limpias. A mi la ubicación me gusta porque sin ser excesivamente céntrico, con el tranvía puedes combinar y estar, por ejemplo, en la Fira en 40 minutos.

Já nos hospedamos mais de uma vez neste hotel. Foi o excelente atendimento que nos fez retornar. Equipe atenciosa e prestativa. Próximo a estação de TRAM. Mais uns vinte minutos e é possível chegar nas estações de metrô. O bairro é tranquilo e não possui comércios. O quarto é amplo. Bastante tomadas. O banheiro tem tamanho bom. Banheira com ótima ducha e número de toalhas suficiente.Possui secador. O guarda roupas é grande e possui cofre. Possui mesa para trabalho. Os pontos de iluminação do quarto também são ótimos. Há um canto separado para leitura com poltrona. Taxa turística cobrada no checkout.

Tudo funciona muito bem. Acho que se tivesse uma piscina para os hospedes terem algum opção de diversão, seria melhor ainda. O pequeno almoço poderia ter mais variedade. Quem fica muitos dias nao tem mais surpresa alguma.

The pool and spa services were closed indefinitely although this was not advertised at all during the booking process.
The breakfast was not good. They rarely replace dishes once they're finished, the coffee machine was not working throughout half of our time there, the selection was MINIMAL, and the spatulas/spoons to pick up the food were dirty (used across multiple plates).
The location is about a 25 minute drive into the main/touristy parts of Barcelona, the area of this hotel is very suburban.
Staff were pleasant for the most part but we did have a few rude incidents during our stay, mainly when we asked for glasses, cutlery or an iron.

The hotel is not very close to city center but you can get there by bus what takes around half hour. Recommend

Exceptuando las camas que son algo incómodas y que las instalaciones están un poco anticuadas, el resto está muy bien. El personal del hotel es encantador. Y destacar la ubicación, ya que siempre hay sitio para aparcar. Además de tener muy cerca el transporte público.

Room 402 is as hot as a sauna. I measured it at about 30° c and opening the window didn't help. I couldn't sleep until 5:00 a.m. The floor in the room was badly scuffed. I was reassigned to another room. At about 7:00 in the morning housekeeping entered the room without knocking. I went to breakfast and because I was so tired from not sleeping the night before in the saunaesque-room, I stayed at the hotel all day. When I went to breakfast the next day staff told me that the breakfast was not included even though staff the previous night told me that it was included. Marion, the front desk person, was insistent. She refused to confirm that I had been promised breakfast Juan. This went on for about 15 minutes. Finally she said, "Sir would you like a free breakfast." I said no thank you. I simply wanted the promise that was made to me to be kept and I feel that hospitality, warmth, and courtesy would have helped me to overlook all of the problems that I had with the stay. Marion was not helpful. If you have to interact with anyone at the hotel I suggest Juan. In my opinion he's much more courteous.

La estancia fue agradable, como siempre, pero la calidad del desayuno ha bajado mucho respecto a cuando era de la cadena NH. Echamos bastante en falta los riquísimos huevos fritos con bacon. Ahora bien, como siempre, el personal muy amable.

Hotel de 3 estrellas. La habitación en la que me alojé bastante amplia, en la cama puedes escoger almohada y muy cómoda, el baño perfecto y totalmente equipado. El desayuno es buffet libre y mucha variedad. Trato del personal muy bueno

What I appreciated the most was, that they offer rooms for one person and it’s quite affordable. I needed a place for one night for just myself, because my friend from London came in the next for our joint vacation. This was perfect for that. The room was quite spacious for just one person. Everything was clean. The breakfast buffet was okay, but the selection was very limited. The coffee was only okay. You can’t get any food when you come in at night, but the concierge gave me a few suggestions and I ended up ordering food on Glovo and he was very helpful and informed me when the food was there.

Very nice hotel, with easy free parking just outside. Nice clean cozy rooms with large bathrooms. Good breakfast, nothing fancy, but it is adequate. It is a bit away from the city center, but I prefer it that way, since it is 20' from the airport. Very affordable. 5/5 I enjoyed my stay a lot. Definitely recommended. I will visit again.
