Location is eazy to find . But not sure near hotel have shop food or not

Room was very dirty. There were yellow stains on pillow cases, sheets and blankets. The desk beside my bed were dusty. I was terrified to even drink from the mug the Hotel provided. When I was checking into the hotel, the guy at the reception (who was very friendly by the way. He is probaby the only good thing about the Hotel) told me that there was no towel because all the towels was sent to laundry lmao 😂 So I asked "Jadi semua bilik tak ada towel ke?" He replied with "Each guests is currently waiting for their towels" which I think was funny.
I DO NOT recommend this Hotel at all. The Hotel owner probably didn't know what he was doing. By the way, there is a hangout place on the rooftop but it was so bad. Messy and dirty. All the food was left on the table. The containers that they kept sugar, salt and other stuff were left opened. So bad. THE PICTURES YOU SAW ON AGODA, BOOKING.COM AND OTHER PLACES WERE JUST BIG FAT LIES!

the staff is very nice and friendly but the cleanliness of the room can be improved.last time i get the room with yellow stain on the bed and hair.

Plus point is the location. During the day it is bustling with activity. However, Surroundings can get a bit quiet and dark at night, does not feel very safe. The access card given doesn’t unlock the main door, have to wait for the staff to unlock it for you. The lobby is dark after hours, and staff may/may not be present.
Housekeeping is a bit shoddy. It’s a nicely designed and styled boutique hotel but it can be maintained better. The bed sheet in my room was stained, and wasn’t given a bath towel or a full roll of toilet paper for the first night.
Otherwise, staff are friendly and helpful.

Decent boutique hotel. Rooms clean. Beautifully decorated place. Staff friendly.
Cons: some things not working, like safe and lights. Breakfast is meager and self service on open air top floor of hotel. Suggest to have food outside since there is plenty of choice.
