Tenham atenção ao comportamento da recepcionista do restaurante de sushi no terraço. Ainda que queiram (e devem, por uma questão de princípio e pela qualidade do atendimento e da comida) deixar gorjeta, exijam o troco e o respectivo recibo. Aquele que poderia ter facilmente sido um jantar magnífico acabou por tornar-se numa desilusão devido a uma atitude muito deplorável de alguém que quer aproveitar-se dos clientes. Pela abordagem que tivemos posteriormente de um dos responsáveis, sentimos que já tem havido situações semelhantes com outros clientes.

First let me say that the staff is extremely friendly, and attentive. We stayed at the Imperial for 3 nights in late September 2022 and we will never stay again. The hotel rented the entire pool and lunch area 2 of the 3 nights we were there so we were kicked out of the area so they could set up for the private event. We were told we could use 1 of the other 5 properties, but we specifically booked this hotel for the views, pool area and resort-like feel. Instead of being able to use the amenities we paid for, the hotel instead prioritized private events over their guests interests without even a heads up until you reached the pool area. The hotel told us this is a regular September thing for them so guests be warned if you’re looking to book in September. The hotel is also about 30 minutes from old town Mykonos so if you want to go to town then you have to take a 30 minute bus ride each way (which they do provide), but I’m my opinion, we would have preferred to stay closer to town.

This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The property is gorgeous and completely breathtaking. It’s so romantic and idyllic. The shuttle to the main part of Mykonos made getting to that part of the island easy and convenient. The rooms were cozy and the bed was super comfortable. We had a room with a private pool and it was amazing. The staff were lovely- Dimitris and Harris, especially. I can’t wait to go back!

I had stayed 1night. It was really good and worth. Before coming here i had stayed 5star hotel whichI paid 2,000EURO. Even if this hotel’s price is much cheaper than others , It’s really nice hotel

What an amazing place we had our second hotel stop for our honeymoon here and everything was spectacular the veiws, service no complaints at all. I highly reccomend this hotel it also has a private beach section with complementary chairs, towels and umbrella aswell as a pool with a bar in the pool with 2 restaurants inside the hotel. It is a bit of a drive to the city but it offers free shuttles into town you just have to work around the pick up times

My new husband and I were here on our honeymoon. They did a lovely job making sure we enjoyed our stay. It has a beautiful location right on the beach. The rooms are very nice and luxurious. The wait staff was very polite and punctual. I plan on comming back again.

El mejor hotel de la zona! Varios restaurantes, piscina estupenda, la habitación con piscina privada una maravilla. El desayuno buffet muy rico y variado. Trato excelente. Olvidamos unas pulseras y nos las mandaron a casa por correo. Totalmente recomendado!

The hotel tried to kidnap me , and hold me to ransom , I have reported this to the police, avoid this hotel like the plague , I have reported this to the leading hotels of the world also
The hotel staff chased me while I was leaving the hotel for the day, I still had one night left of my stay.
One member of staff grabbed me and pulled me, pushed me and gabbed my bag off me.
He then told me I couldn’t leave until I paid my bill, my hotel room was pre paid and I have 1 night left of my stay. You can not stay at this hotel without pre paying.
My taxi arrived they opened the taxi drivers door and told him he couldn’t leave.
They then blocked the taxi driving in with their cars.
And told me that I need to pay them.
A manager Then arrived and parked his car nearly crashing into the taxi.
They only let me go when I called the police.
The hotel manager is now emailed me, saying
I’ve made this up.. and threatening me via email to take this review down.
Luckily I have videos of the whole event, and the taxi driver has dash cam footage.

El hotel es muy bonito, esta en una colina, el spa bueno, las piscinas son de agua salada. las habitaciones bonitas, el problema que encontre que para llegar a las habitaciones hay que subir y bajar muchas pequeñas escaleras, no facil para personas con movimiento reducido, esto lo tendrian que poner en su pagina web, Tienen servicio de transporte al hotel, desde el aeropuerto y al centro de Myconos, yo recomiendo utilizarlo. y despues si quieres explorar la isla alquilas un coche. ten en cuenta que es un resort de varios hoteles, El restaurante Griego con los musicos y rompiendo platos, lo pase genial. Una recomendacion para el hotel, tendria que facilitar y ofrecer a sus huespedes los otros restaurantes del resort seria mas divertido y agradable, incluso facilitar y ofrecer comer en las otras piscinas, bar para que la estancia sea mas amena.

Espectacular complejo 5 estrellas con villas de Resort las habitaciones están muy chulas algunas con jacuzzi privado en la terraza el bar dentro de la piscina gimnasio zona de niños las das que es una auténtica pasada para pasar unas vacaciones
