Hotel was super schoon. Bij aankomst gaf ik aan dat alles wel nieuw leek, zó schoon was het. Later hoorde ik dat het hotel inderdaad nog geen 4 maanden oud is. Werkelijk mooiste hotel in de hele straat. Top locatie alles is dichtbij. Personeel was super vriendelijk en respectvol. Kamers altijd spik en span. Heb echt letterlijk niets aan te merken op dit hotel en het personeel. 9 dagen verbleven.

Our rooms were very clean and also fine. The staff was also really nice and it was a great experience to stay at this hotel. The location is also good, you can easily reach anywhere from the hotel. So lastly i could only recommend it for all, who wants to go to Istanbul.

No-brainer if you look for quality and good localization with reasonable price!
Client service was professional, nice and very helpful. Guys from reception helped us with maps and with scheduling optimal plan of our short trip. Also there were no problem with storing our baggage, when we checked out and have very late plane.
Room is superb clean. Not so big, but comfortable and well equipped - much over expectations within this price range and localization.
The localization is simply great! 5 minutes slow walk to Hagia Sophia, 3 mins to Topkapi. One minute to tram station, which will go through the city. 5 minutes to Marmaray. No wasting time when we plan intensive city tour.
The breakfast is very good, served in the room or at the nearby hotel as a buffet. The choice was very well (including international standards and local specialties) and also the quality and freshness.
Overall price to quality and localization balance is very very good!

فندق جديد افتتح منذ شهر تقريباً .. يقع بين ترام قولهانه و ترام سيركجي .. يعني قريب من كل شيء ، طاقم العمل ممتاز و يفوق التوقعات .. الاخ مراد و الاخ محمد متعاونين جداً ، عطونا غرفة اكبر من الي حجزناها بدون ما نطلب منهم و ودخلونا قبل موعد الچك ان حيث ان وصلنا الصبح الساعة ٨ و دخلونا بدون انتظار ولا تعقيدات ، يبادرون بالمساعدة في اي شيء حتى لو كان ما يخص الفندق ، بالنسبه للتنظيف رائع و يبدلون النعل كل يومين.. والفوط تتبدل بشكل يومي.. الاكيد ان في كل مره راح اكرر زيارتي لهذا الفندق وماراح اغيره ❤️🌹
Its new hotel , very clean and new , the stuff murat and mahmet are very helpful and kindness , they let us check in before the time and they give us bigger room than the one we have booked already . Location is perfect 👌🏼
between gulhane and serkeci tramway . I will visit it again for sure . ❤️🌹
