Our vacation took a turn when we were in a car accident. The family at Le Marigot helped in whatever way they could. Even the cleaning staff made our extended stay feel like a welcome home. In the day and age where Google reviews make all the difference I write this to entice those who are making a decision about where to stay. The location of The Marigot is wonderful for those who want a little bit of nature. I walked every morning along the waterfront road. We ended up staying in several different rooms as they were trying to fit us in wherever they could. Each room was unique and cozy in its own way. This establishment was clean and stocked with essential amenities. We enjoyed our extended stay immensely and the assistance the staff provided in our time of need. Thank you!

We decided to stay here for its availability, price and location as part of a road trip. We had a great time there. Good environment, service and overall experience. Will definitely come back in the near future

Excellent friendly staff. Motel well situated for cyclists intending to cycle the Soulange Canal. Room comfortable, but a bit small when you need to share it with your bike.

Staff was awesome. Accommodated us for a very late check-in and arranged that we got a key. (Smaller establishment with no-front desk after hours). Had AC, nice bathroom, and an ok bed.
These units are small, and you get what you pay for. If you have proper expectations, this is a great option for the budget minded.

The staff was very friendly, and the location was conveniently close to town. The rooms however were not cleaned well seeing as we found an old pair of shoes and a water bottle under the bed. The water smelled disgusting, making it hard to wash hands, brush teeth, shower, etc. And the beds could not be properly locked in place which resulted in the bed rolling across the room every time someone touched it.
