Clean rooms, towels, sheets, quiet place, and friendly staff. The only bad part is the breakfast boiled eggs and waffles every day. But we liked it it was better than other places around that area.

Muito caro. Serviço muito básico. E quartos genéricos por preços mais altos. Os quartos definitivamente não valem o preço que eles cobram, eu gosto que eles tenham lavadora e secadora por um preço tão barato. Eles só precisam de um par mais de cada e melhores seleções de comida em suas máquinas de venda automática de sanduíches quentes ou algo assim.

camino a caro. Servicio muy básico. Y habitaciones genéricas a precios más altos. Las habitaciones definitivamente no valen el precio que cobran. Me gusta que tengan lavadoras y secadoras a un precio tan económico. Solo necesitan un par más de cada uno y mejores selecciones de alimentos en sus máquinas expendedoras, sándwiches calientes o algo así.

Way to overpriced. Very basic service. And generic rooms for higher prices. The rooms are definitely not worth the price that they charge I do like that they have washer and dryers for such a cheap price. They just need a couple more of each and better selections of food in their vending machines hot sandwiches or something like that.

Eu ainda prefiro um café da manhã quente, não tenho certeza se eles já tomaram isso ou não. As máquinas de café e suco estão disponíveis 24 horas por dia, 7 dias por semana, o que é útil porque não havia uma máquina de café no quarto. Embora tivéssemos 2, sim 2, telefones fixos em nosso quarto. Eu não conseguia descobrir tantos telefones em uma pequena sala. Quem ainda usa telefones fixos?Você não costuma ouvir falar de alguém comentando sobre tomadas elétricas em quartos de hotel, mas eu irei aqui. Havia muitos deles, mas a maioria deles em locais inconvenientes. Havia uma saída entre as camas, mas ficava embaixo da mesinha de cabeceira e era de difícil acesso. Em nosso terceiro e último dia completo, eles entraram e fizeram o serviço no quarto.As camas são muito duras, muito duras. Eu vi comentários aqui sobre como as camas são confortáveis, então talvez eles variem de quarto para quarto, mas os nossos não eram confortáveis. Eu mencionei o quão difícil eles eram? Muito difícil.Vamos terminar com um positivo, o chuveiro era excelente para um hotel. Alguns dos hotéis mais caros não têm chuveiros com opções diferentes como massagem, etc. E a água esquentou muito, o que é bom para você poder ajustar a seu gosto.No geral, eu ficaria lá novamente. Algunos de los hoteles más caros no tienen duchas con diferentes opciones como masajes, etc. Y el agua se puso muy caliente, lo cual es bueno para que puedas ajustarla a tu gusto.En general, me volvería a alojar allí. Valor muy asequible y sólido por el dinero.

I have seen Microtel hotels for years but had not stayed in one until our trip to Ste. Genevieve. Clean hotel and friendly, helpful staff. Only complaint about the cleanliness is that the carpet in our room had some stains, otherwise very clean hotel.Breakfast was grab and go but had several choices and was good for what it was. I still prefer a hot breakfast of course, I'm not sure if they ever have that or not. The coffee and juice machines are available 24/7, which is helpful because there was not a coffee machine in the room. Although we did have 2, yes 2, landline phones in our room. I couldn't quite figure out that many phones in one small room. Who uses landline phones anymore?You don't often hear of someone commenting on electrical outlets in hotel rooms but I will here. There were plenty of them but most of them were in inconvenient locations. There was one outlet between the beds but it was under the night stand and difficult to access. There was one by each bed but nothing there to place anything if it was plugged in there. Maybe an odd thing to complain about but it was a bit of an inconvenience.We had some difficulty getting our room serviced. They didn't service it at all the first full day we were there. The second day, on our way out, we asked the girl at the front desk to have housekeeping service our room. On our return that evening there were fresh towels/washcloths in a bag in front of our door but they had not gone into the room to pick up the dirty linens. We took the pile of dirty ones to the front desk the next morning and they gave us fresh ones. On our 3rd, and final full day, they did come in and service the room.The beds are very hard, very hard. I've seen comments on here about how comfortable the beds are so maybe they vary from room to room but ours were not comfortable.Did I mention how hard they were? Very hard.Let's end on a positive,the shower head was excellent for a hotel. Some of the more expensive hotels don't have shower heads with different options like massage, etc. And the water got very hot, which is good so you can adjust it to your liking.Overall, I would stay there again. Very affordable and solid value for the money.

Clean and quiet! Found this hotel on a whim when traveling through the area. Room was comfortable and overall atmosphere was friendly. Breakfast was a plus and being close to other restaurants around the corner was convenient. Had a minor billing issue that the staff was able to quickly resolve for me. I'd stay here again
