BEWARE!!I stayed here while my wife had major surgery at Mayo. The reviews seemed fine.To summarize,on the third night (of a week long reservation) I returned from Mayo to find that hotel staff had touched and removed all of my personal belongings, took them out of the room, and placed them behind the front desk. I was told their system showed me as a one night stay and that they attempted to contact me for clarification, but since I wasn’t able to be reached they removed my items. I showed them my phone (which showed no calls from the hotel as well as my reservation # showing I had a 7 night reservation.The manager refused to come in and address the issue that evening. They did provide me with another room and gave me an excuse of an audit that messed up all of the reservations. All of my cold items were left out all day so they were ruined. I think the grossest thing is that they had to touch all of my personal items to bag them up because obviously i had everything spread out in the room as I was set to stay for a week. Someone would have had to grab my underwear from a drawer and grab my toothbrush to put it into a bag.Those are just quick examples but imagine if someone did that to your items!The next day I again asked to speak to the manager. I was told he wasn’t available.The front desk manager then blamed ME for the mistake. I He said I should’ve made a longer reservation than one day.I went to show him my reservation email and he blew it off and said he didn’t care. never have had anything like this ever happen to me.I would caution all of who think “it can never happen to me” …. are you willing to take that chance with this hotel?There are so many other hotels near Mayo Clinic I would NEVER Recommend anyone staying here. If you have a loved one who is undergoing a procedure at Mayo the last thing you need is a hotel who touches your personal items, removes your items from your room, and then refuses to respond to you.

Our room was tiny but that was ok. The toilet was dirty!! The sheets were stained!! Those things are not ok. Location was great. Very thankful for a microwave in our room.

Made reservations through website. Requested high floor, quiet, and supposedly smoke free.
Upon check in, desk clerk had to ask what room i wanted.
Was given room 327. Room reaked of Marijuana. Next room over, the tennant was screaming.
Was relocated to 1st floor.
Glad it was for 1 night.

A equipe é muito simpática. Tudo funcionou. Achei o café da manhã bom. Waffles, biscoitos e calda, cereais, iogurte, bananas, maçãs, ovos cozidos, leite, suco, café. Tenho certeza que deixei algumas coisas de fora. Meu quarto foi atualizado e limpo na minha opinião. Muito acessível, fiquei por uma semana duas vezes agora, já que estou indo para a Clínica Mayo.

El personal es muy amable. Todo funcionó. Pensé que el desayuno estaba bien. Gofres, galletas y salsa, cereales, yogur, plátanos, manzanas, huevo duro, leche, zumo, café. Estoy seguro de que me olvidé de algunas cosas. Mi habitación estaba actualizada y limpia en mi opinión. Muy asequible. Me quedé una semana dos veces desde que voy a la Clínica Mayo.

Staff is very friendly. Everything worked. I thought the breakfast was fine. Waffles, biscuits and gravy, cereal, yogurt, bananas, apples, hard boiled egg, milk, juice, coffee. I’m sure I left out a few things. My room was updated and clean in my opinion. Very affordable I stayed for a week twice now since I’m going to the Mayo Clinic.

Era patético - cereal seco era a coisa mais excitante que eles serviam. A massa que eles tinham era dura e velha. O corredor foi extremamente barulhento durante toda a noite. Acho que a única coisa que posso realmente dizer que foi ótimo sobre o lugar é que eles me deixaram fazer o check-out 3 horas atrasado por causa de uma consulta médica. It was old and outdated, but if you tried to look beyond that I guess it was okay. What was it okay is there version of a breakfast the next morning. It was pathetic- dry cereal was the most exciting thing they served. What pastry they did have was hard and old. The hallway was extremely noisy all through the night. I guess the only thing that I can really say was great about the place is they let me check out 3 hours late because of a medical appointment. The staff was very pleasant though, I must say that!

Eu simplesmente parei neste Microtel Inn & Suites, pois ele serve como ponto de embarque do Rochester Express para o Aeroporto Internacional de Minneapolis-Saint Paul. Parei no saguão e fui recebido por uma recepcionista encantadora que me convidou para tomar uma xícara de café na sala de refeições. Ela era muito gentil e charmosa e eu ficaria perfeitamente satisfeito em me hospedar neste motel se a equipe tratasse os clientes tão bem quanto eu fui tratado, embora nem mesmo seja um hóspede. Nessa nota, minha avaliação positiva deve ser balanceada um pouco abaixo das avaliações daqueles indivíduos que gastaram seus fundos como clientes.

Eu só daria a este lugar 4 estrelas para o seu gerente. Cavalheiros mais velhos são educados e atenciosos com os outros. O lugar em si está sujo e precisa ser limpo (eufemismo) revisado. Havia roupas velhas no meu quarto, o banheiro estava sujo. Limpei-me, fiquei uma noite, mas paguei duas e saí do Microtel. O jovem gerente diurno não se movia para atender seus clientes, a maioria de nós estava lá para frequentar a Clínica Mayo. Ele apenas ficou sentado lá e assistiu enquanto as pessoas lutavam para entrar e sair de suas minúsculas portas duplas. Uau. Às vezes, você recebe exatamente o que pagou e não vale a pena!

Simplemente me detuve en este Microtel Inn & Suites, ya que sirve como punto de recogida del Rochester Express hacia el aeropuerto internacional de Minneapolis-Saint Paul. Me detuve en el vestíbulo y me saludó una encantadora recepcionista que me invitó a servirme una taza de café en la sala de desayunos. Ella era muy agradable y encantadora y estaría perfectamente satisfecho de alojarme en este motel si el personal trata a los clientes tan bien como me trataron a mí sin siquiera ser un huésped. I would only give this place 4 stars for their one manager. Older gentlemen is polite, considerate of others.Place itself is dirty and needs to be cleaned (understatement) overhauled.There were old clothes in my room the bathroom was dirty.I cleaned myself, stayed one night although I paid for two and got out of the Microtel. Daytime young Manager did not move to assist his customers,most of us there to attend Mayo Clinic. He just sat there and watched as people struggled to get in and out of their tiny double doors. Wow. Sometimes, you do get just what you pay for and it's not worth it!

I simply stopped in at this Microtel Inn & Suites as it serves as a pick up point for the Rochester Express to theMinneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport. I stopped in to lobby and was greeted by a delightful front desk receptionist who invited me to help myself to a cup of coffee in the breakfast room. She was very personable and charming and I would be perfectly satisfied to lodge in this motel if the staff treat the patrons as well as I was treated while not even being a guest. On that note, my positive rating must be balanced somewhat beneath the reviews of those individuals who have spent their funds as customers.
