Os quartos eram limpos, fiquei 6 dias e o serviço de quarto só fez a cama uma vez e reabasteceu as toalhas 3 vezes, fora isso o estabelecimento é bom e as tarifas pela Expedia o quarto tinha preços razoáveis!

The rooms were clean, I stayed 6 days and room service only made the bed once and replenished towels 3 times, other than that the property is nice and the rates through Expedia the room was reasonably priced!

Debo decir que me impresionaron los servicios, la limpieza de la habitación, el baño, las alfombras, todo limpio y sin olores extraños. . Tenía una mini nevera y un microondas. Todo limpio. Una bonita piscina para nadar y zonas de paseo locales para disfrutar de un gran paseo. Estaba cerca de Gulf Shores, unos 5-10 minutos. Dimos un paseo en coche a la playa después de la cena. I must say, I was impressed by services, cleanliness of room, bath, carpets all clean and no odd smells. . It had a mini fridge, and microwave. All clean. A nice poole for swimming and local walking areas to have a great walk. It was close to Gulf Shores, about 5-10 minutes. We took a drive to the beach after dinner. Thank you to all involve in the upkeep. A great get away for friends and family.

I enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was ok, and customer service was great. It was storming that Saturday night, and the lady at the front ensured me that I had nothing to worry about , and that the building was secure and able to with stand the storm.

Let me start of by saying the pictures advertised are not what we experienced!! This trip started off terrible. I was asking simple questions about my card being charged! I got a lot of frustration and attitude. The desk attendant talked to me as if I didn’t know what I was talking about. The price for 3 nights is absolutely ridiculous! The room was not clean and there was noice all night long. The so called continental breakfast was also a joke. This hotel was not worth the amount of money I paid. Honesto ... Comentário ,, o quarto era meio pequeno para duas camas, a senhora foi rude dizendo que a piscina não estava aberta, mas eu vi pessoas lá, eu só liguei para ter certeza de que estava aberta porque não queria que eles nos expulsassem para entrar lá ... o elevador estava sombrio, como se precisasse de conserto. O mais cedo possível!! Senão alguém vai se machucar ... A secadora é uma droga tipo US $ 1,50 por 45 minutos a roupa estava umedecida ... Mas a cama era confortável ...

Honest... Review,, bedroom was kinda small for a 2 bed , lady was rude saying the pool wasn't opened but i saw people in there i just called to make sure it was opened because i didnt want them to kick us out for getting in there,,, the elevator was shaddy like it needs to be fixed. Asap!! If not someone will get hurt.... The dryer sucks like for $1.50 for 45mins the clothes was damped wet.. But the bed was comfortable...
